Title: Senior Development Project Manager
Location: La Jolla, CA
Responsibilities:
The person in this position will manage multiple, high-value wind power project developments through the full life cycle for Enel North America, Inc., primarily in California. He/she (will coordinate an interdisciplinary team involved in all stages of project development, from conception through construction, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget. The Senior Development Project Manager will also participate in market evaluations, new business development, and the evaluation and realization of project acquisition and joint venture opportunities.
- Scouting of opportunities for wind project development
- Select target areas, identify strategic sites
- Analyze wind resources, energy market, grid interconnection and transmission options of potential sites
- Prepare, administer, and monitor contracts for services and project agreements

Requirements:
- BS in engineering is preferred; related experience could be considered

- 8-10 years experience in wind business or related business development environment
- Proven ability to negotiate in diverse, complex environments
- Proficient in budget development and tracking, and skilled in understanding and managing financial analysis, projections and project controls
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret land leases, easements, complicated contracts, technical specifications, topographical maps, engineering drawings and financial models is required
- Superior written and verbal communication skills as well as highly developed organizational and time management abilities
- Strong computer skills; proficient in MS Office suite, MS Project a must

Title: Call Center Operator
Location: Full Time and Part-Time in Andover, Ma
Responsibilities:
The person in this position will be responsible for the remote monitoring of power generation for approximately 10-15 company projects from our 24 hour call center. They will react to current operating conditions (weather, markets), report outages promptly, utilize call center procedures to minimize outages, and respond to emergencies.
- Monitor power plant generation to determine output/outages
- Monitor market power prices to react to changing conditions
- React to outages immediately
- Ensure call center procedures are followed to decrease outage time
- Provide telephone response to/from Independent System Operators as required
- Provide telephone response to emergency calls and emergency drills for project Emergency Action Plans and response requirements.
- Provide point of contact services for calls from third parties redirecting callers to appropriate personnel.

Responsibilities:
The person in this position is responsible for the operation and maintenance of our hydroelectric power plant facilities. Rotating on call responsibilities will be part of this position.

Title: Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Location: Reno, NV
Responsibilities:
The Regulatory Compliance Specialist will work closely with the Business Development, Engineering and Construction, and Operations and Maintenance teams to develop permitting strategies. They will work with local, state, and federal agencies to obtain desired permits. The Regulatory Compliance Specialist will support project activities relating to environmental and regulatory permitting, reporting, and compliance support.
- Work with Business Development, Execution and Operations staff to develop permitting strategies that best meet the goals and objectives of the company and meet environmental requirements.
- Provide support for all project activities relating to, environmental regulatory permitting, reporting, and compliance support.

Title: Finance Manager
Location: Andover, Ma
Responsibilities:
The person in this position will represent the interests of our company in our Andover, MA, USA office. The Finance Manager will create and review business evaluation models as well as assist in mergers and acquisitions and preferably should have exposure to project financing debt. The Finance Manager will interface with financial institutions and coordinate with ENEL Corporate office. The Finance Manager will manage cash flow analysis, forecasting, treasury and reporting and coordinate a team of 3 to 4 people. The Finance Manager will report directly to the CFO.

Title: Procurement Manager
Location:Reno, NV
Responsibilities:
The Procurement Manager; Geo will be responsible for ensuring products and services are purchased in a cost and time efficient manner and in accordance with Enel North America, Inc., procurement policies and procedures. This position will focus primarily on our geothermal generating assets, existing, planned or under development but may also support other business units as required. In this role, you will work with team members from the various disciplines of the company to establish needs and priorities and to deliver the goods and services required to meet the company’s business plan . The Procurement Manager; Geo will also manage task-oriented projects that include issuing requests for proposals (RFP’s), evaluating vendors and maintaining vendor relationships, contract negotiations, supply chain management and general reporting and procurement support. The Procurement Manager; Geo will report to the Director of Procurement and will work from our Reno, NV office.
- Negotiates and/or supports the management team in the negotiation of key contracts necessary to achieve the targets set by the business plan
- Interfaces with internal customers to establish specifications, identify needs and review of technical solutions as they relate to procurement
- Collaborates with legal staff to formulate and implement standard models for contracts/purchase orders

Title: Environmental/Permitting Manager
Location:La Jolla, CA
Responsibilities:
The Environmental/Permitting Manager will be responsible for managing all environmental/permitting-related activities for a multitude of high-value wind and solar projects being developed by Padoma Wind Power, LLC, a subsidiary of ENEL North America, Inc. (“ENA”). While this position will focus primarily on wind and solar projects in California and will work out of our La Jolla office (in the greater San Diego area), the Environmental/Permitting Manager may also provide support for ENEL projects being developed in other parts of the US. The Environmental/Permitting Manager will also actively participate in evaluating land matters related to new business development opportunities and in supporting ENEL with respect to environmental and permitting issue relating to the financing of its projects.
- Prepare desktop Environmental Fatal Flaw Analysis for various wind and solar energy projects.
- Work closely with the project managers to identify the environmental/permitting needs for each project, optimizing the land used for the project site, access easements and transmission corridors
- Prepare permit applications and work with local and state governmental agencies to process applications
- Conduct detailed assessments of environmental permit requirements and identify essential tasks needed for CEQA / NEPA compliance
- Prepare and manage EIR, EIS, CEQA and NEPA proposals for renewable energy projects.
- Manage and coordinate the activities of Environmental Consultants.

Title: Wind Plant Technician

Responsibilities:
The person in this position is responsible for the day to day facility operations and maintenance of power generating equipment, ancillary equipment and project grounds.

Title: Wind Resource Specialist
Location:La Jolla, Ca
Responsibilities:
The person in this position will work with the project design and development team in assessing project site wind resource production potential, and developing site measurement plans for project evaluation. They will also develop optimized turbine layouts for various turbine types and site capacities. The Wind Resource Specialist will work from our La Jolla, CA office and will report to the Manager, Project Design and Performance Evaluation.
- Participate in initial site wind resource evaluation for Greenfield projects
- Prepare wind assessment plans for each Greenfield site, including various measurement technologies such as sodar, lidar, cup anemometry
- Investigate potential long-term reference stations for wind resource analysis
- Manage collection and interpretation of wind resource data, processing, QC and analysis done by 3rd party consultants
- Work with wind resource team to maintain current practices and procedures, and to identify potential areas of improvement
- Conduct site visits to inspect and identify candidate measurement locations including coordination with permitting, engineering, and construction efforts as needed
- Coordinate with engineering to define met tower types to be considered for proposed locations
- Prepare detailed specifications for each met tower, including sensor vendor specification, mounting configuration, data communications, etc.
- Assist with met tower permitting and installation process and coordination of remote sensor deployment strategies
- Lead coordination of measurement instrument maintenance and servicing and equipment inventory
- Coordinate with internal teams to develop preliminary wind turbine array layouts for Greenfield sites and optimized layouts for advanced projects.
- Participate in wind turbine equipment evaluation and selection process and wind turbine microsting process
- Participate in interdisciplinary development, construction and operational team meetings
Requirements:
- 3+ years wind analysis experience with a wind power developer, wind turbine manufacturer or wind power consulting engineering firm
- Demonstrated project management skills and abilities
- Advanced understanding of wind flow principles
- Proficiency with wind energy software i.e. WAsP, WindFarmer, or WindPro
- Proficiency with project design software i.e. XMap, ArcView, and/or other GIS software
- Demonstrated knowledge and expertise with meteorological measurement equipment, techniques and standards, in particular IEC guidelines 61400-12
- Ability to be on your feet walking over rugged terrain in various weather conditions at least 50% of the day. Climb ladders/stairs and lift as required to perform necessary job tasks.
