Home charging is becoming increasingly important for those choosing electric mobility. Plugging your electric vehicle in at home is a convenient and easy-to-manage solution, especially when combined with an electricity offer that aligns with your consumption habits.

If you use more energy during the central hours of the day, Enel Day Free is designed for those who stay at home or charge their car during the day. Now even more convenient and advantageous, it helps you optimize your consumption by better planning your household energy use throughout the day, starting with your vehicle charging.

Enel Day Free: what is it and who is it for?

Enel Day Free is an electricity offer designed for those who consume a significant amount of energy during daytime hours. It is intended for people who stay at home during the day—mainly from morning to afternoon—and want to manage their consumption without changing their habits.

If you have a new-generation smart meter, work remotely, or live in the city and cannot install a photovoltaic system, Enel Day Free offers flexibility and convenience, with the energy component free from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. up to 130 kWh per month, and a fixed price locked in for 24 months.

An opportunity to make energy an ally throughout the day and better plan the activities that consume the most electricity—from using high-energy appliances to charging your electric vehicle.

Why choose Enel Day Free for your charging?

With Enel Day Free, your home electric charging becomes even more convenient, thanks to an offer that supports and guides you in managing your daily activities with:

  • Daytime savings: you don’t pay the energy component during daytime hours, saving up to €270 per year (including VAT) if you shift high-consumption appliances to the free time slots;
  • Management and monitoring: you can easily and transparently keep track of your consumption through the Enel App;
  • Greater efficiency even without photovoltaics: even without a photovoltaic system, you can make your home more energy-efficient and independent.

An offer increasingly aligned with your needs, with exclusive conditions and benefits.

Free energy
Fixed price

Free energy component from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Enel Day Free allows you to benefit from seven consecutive hours during which you don’t pay the energy component. On average, a full charge (80–100% of battery capacity) with a charging power of 3.7 kW, for a vehicle with a medium-capacity battery (between 30 and 40 kWh), takes approximately 7–8 hours.

You can therefore take advantage of daytime hours—when electricity demand is typically higher—to charge your electric vehicle while saving money.

Fixed price for two years

With Enel Day Free, the energy price is fixed for two years, ensuring greater stability and more predictable cost management.

This allows you to plan your home charging and other energy consumption more clearly, especially during the hours when you use the most electricity.
