Enel Day Free allows you to benefit from seven consecutive hours during which you don’t pay the energy component. On average, a full charge (80–100% of battery capacity) with a charging power of 3.7 kW, for a vehicle with a medium-capacity battery (between 30 and 40 kWh), takes approximately 7–8 hours.
 

You can therefore take advantage of daytime hours—when electricity demand is typically higher—to charge your electric vehicle while saving money.

With Enel Day Free, the energy price is fixed for two years, ensuring greater stability and more predictable cost management.

  • Check your meter: make sure you have a second-generation (2G) smart meter;

  • Have your details ready: you will need your POD code (found on your bill), tax code, and IBAN.
