If you come from another supplier, the step to join Scegli Oggi Light is very simple.
Just know that:

• there is no cost for activating the offer;
• no interventions on the systems or on the meter are necessary;

The change of the tariff plan of the offer Scegli Oggi Light can be requested:

• from the Customer Area of ​​Enel Energia;
• by calling the toll-free number 800.900.860;
• by going directly to a Spazio Enel.

If you have changed your consumption habits or you have noticed that your habits are not in line with the plan chosen when signing up for the offer, thanks to this service you can change your tariff plan quickly and free of charge. From the date of activation of the supply and over the next 10 months of each contractual year, it will be possible to request a change to the chosen plan.

The activation of the new plan will take place on the first day of the month following the date of request to change the plan.

The price indicated refers to the energy component and represents approximately 91% (average of the individual plans of the Scegli Oggi Light offer) of the total expenditure for power (excluding VAT and taxes) of a typical residential customer with:

• 3 kW of committed power
  
• annual consumption equal to 2700 kWh

The customer is required to pay the marketing and sales fee (CCV Power) equal to [pcv_enel] €/POD/year, excluding VAT and taxes, to be paid on a monthly basis. The remaining expense components (dispatching price (including imbalance, capacity market price and network losses), dispatching component (DISP BT), costs for the transport service and management of the meter, system charges) are applied according to what is defined, published and periodically updated by ARERA and as indicated in the Technical Economic Conditions of the offer (CTE) and in the General Supply Conditions (CGF).

If you were to withdraw from the contract, the refund of the deposit is added to the statutory interest rate.

You can withdraw from the contract with Enel Energia at any time and without any charge by choosing a new Supplier who will exercise the withdrawal on your behalf and in your name, according to the procedures established by current legislation.

You can exercise the right of second thought, provided for by the law, without additional charges, within 14 days from the conclusion of the contract, during which the practice of activation of the offer; however, if you wish, you can request early execution of the supply.

By choosing the "Request for early execution of the contract", you expressly request that the procedures to initiate the activation are started immediately, that is, before the deadline for reconsidering has elapsed. Even in the case of "Request for early execution of the contract", it is always possible to exercise the right of seconf thought. If it is possible to cancel the activation request, you will continue to be provided by the previous Supplier or the Gas Last Resort Services or the Higher Protection Service for the power sector will be activated. If, on the other hand, it is not possible to interrupt the activation request to the distributor, you will be provided by Enel Energia and you will be able to subsequently identify another Supplier or proceed with the request for closure of the Supply Point, making an express request. In this case, you will be required to pay the fees provided for in the contract until the supply is terminated. Instead, if it is not possible to interrupt the activation request to the distributor, you will be required to pay the consideration of 23.00 euros excluding VAT.
