You can adhere to the Enel Energia commercial proposal according to the procedures outlined in the General Supply Conditions ("CGF") and in the Technical and Financial Conditions ("CTE") included in the DOCUMENTS section. Contracts may only be underwritten online.
In case of utility transfer requests, if the user supply point for which you are making the request is served under enhanced protection, you can directly request the Tutela SIMILE supplier to implement your choice. If, on the other hand, the user supply point for which you are making the request is served on the free market, you will need to first contact the current utility supplier; if this supplier refuses to provide you with a contract, then you can request a utility transfer to the Tutela SIMILE supplier of your choice. Within three working days from your confirmation of adherence to the utility contract, Enel Energia will send you an email stating that the contract comprising the contractual documents has been completed together with a link on which you must click to confirm the agreement. As specified in CGF, the supplier reserves the right to refuse to close the contract. In case of such as refusal, a specific notification email will be sent within three working days.
