GRTN CONFIRMS ROTATING INTERRUPTIONS IN ALL REGIONS

- This morning the national grid operator - Gestore della Rete di Trasmissione Nazionale (GRTN) - confirmed that it applied the first level of rotating power interruptions from 09.00 am.

Enel Distribuzione immediately implemented the plan which calls for the suspension of the electricity supply, on a rotating basis, for 90 minutes to all its customers.

Enel Distribuzione will do all it can to supply electricity to essential services such as hospitals and military barracks.

Enel invites all its customers to take special care in the use of electric appliances and elevators.
