If you come from another supplier, the step to joining Enel Fix Gas is very simple. All you need to know is that:

• there are no costs for activating the offer;
• no interventions on the systems or the meter are necessary;
• the transition will take place no later than the first day of the third month following the month of conclusion of the contract.
  
  

To request Enel Fix Gas you only need:

• a bill;
• your tax code.

You decide how to receive your bill. You have two options available: online or paper bill.

The indicated price refers to the gas raw material component and represents approximately 61% of the total expenditure on gas (VAT and taxes excluded) of a typical domestic customer with annual consumption of 1100 Smc.

The customer is required to pay the marketing and sales fee (CCV gas) equal to [qvd_enel] €/PDR/year, excluding VAT and taxes, to be paid on a monthly basis. The remaining expense components (expenditure for transport and management costs of the meter and system costs) are applied as defined, published and periodically updated by ARERA and as indicated in the Technical-Economic Conditions of the offer (CTE). At the end of the period of validity of the aforementioned fees, Enel Energia will be able to communicate the new values ​​of the same. This communication will be sent according to the methods and timing established by the art. 7.2. of the CGF.

You have many services at your disposal, which can be activated via SMS, with which we will communicate with you:

• when your bill was issued;
• when it is about to expire;
• if the last bill is paid correctly;
• when you can send us your meter reading.

The SMS messages received are free.

You can also send your meter reading and request:

• updates on the processing status of your contract;
• to receive your bills via email;
• changes to your personal data (email address, telephone, address...);
• where the nearest Spazio Enel is located.

The cost of SMS messages sent changes depending on your tariff plan.

You can exercise the right to change your mind, before activation without providing reasons and without additional charges, within fourteen days from the conclusion of the contract, this period is extended to thirty days for contracts concluded through agents or agencies.

If, when signing the contract, you choose to activate the supply early, the activation times may be reduced and it will no longer be possible to exercise the right to change your mind once the relevant supply has been started or once that the new conditions envisaged by the new contract will have been applied (in the event of a product change with Enel Energia).
