The PSV (acronym for Virtual Exchange Point) is an electronic system administered by the Energy Market Manager (GME) and used as a reference hub for the definition of the price of the wholesale gas raw material component. The PSV represents the meeting point between the supply and demand of the gas market on a national basis. The national figure is an average that takes into account the prices formed in the different areas of Italy and at different times of the day. Knowing the value of PSV is easy, you just need to access the site of the Energy Market Manager (GME).

You can join Enel Flex Control Gas if you want to switch to Enel Energia from another power supplier.

If you come from another supplier, the step to join Enel Flex Control Gas is very simple. Just know that:

• there are no costs for activating the offer;
• no interventions on the systems or on the meter are necessary;
• the change will take place no later than the first day of the third month following the one in which the contract is concluded.

To request Enel Flex Control Gas you only need:

• a bill;
• your tax code.

You decide how to receive the bill. You have two options: online or paper bill.

You choose how to pay your bill and change the payment method whenever you want.
You can pay via:

Direct Debit
A quick way to keep your payments under control is direct debit. The debit date corresponds to the day on which the bill expires. Your bill arrives about 15 days before the due date, so you have plenty of time to check it.

PagoPA payment notice (go to the list of payment channels)

• over the territory with a commission of €1.30 at the physical channels referable to Enel Energia (enabled Spazio Enel) and at the physical points of the Enel X Pay network
• online with the IO app or via the website / app of your bank or other pagoPA-enabled channels
  
• on the territory in the bank, at the ATM, in the receivers, in all post offices, at the supermarket and in all authorized physical points.
  

We confirm that by using one of these channels you will not have to send any receipts! We will automatically register your payment.

Web and App

From the Enel Energia portal, by registering in the Customer Area, using your credit card, BancomatPay, PayPal, MyBank, pagoPA or from the Enel Energia APP using your credit card, the your PayPal account, pagoPA.

The bill arrives about 15 days before the due date so that you can verify it. You can only pay by direct debit from your current account. The debit date is the same as the due date for the bill.

The offer includes a price consisting of:

• a price of the gas raw material component, equal to the PSV, excluding VAT and taxes, defined on a monthly basis which is the monthly arithmetic average final value rounded to the third decimal place of the following prices expressed in Euro/MWh relating to PSV ICIS HEREN for each working day of the month: (a) price obtained as the average of the "bid" and "offer" quotations reported in the "PSV Price Assessment Day-Ahead" section of the immediately preceding working day for each day not business (including weekends) of the month; (b) price obtained as the average of the "bid" and "offer" quotations reported in the "PSV Price Assessment Weekend" section of the previous first working day, published in the ICIS Heren Report. Working days and holidays are to be understood with reference to the English calendar in London.
• a contribution to consumption (α), excluding VAT and taxes, blocked for the first 12 months which will be added to the price of the gas raw material component (equal to the PSV) as described above and which is representative of the costs for the cost of raw materials not covered by the PSV. This consumption fee is valid for the first 12 months of supply
• a marketing and sales fee (also called CCV Gas) equal to [qvd_enel] €/PDR/year to be paid on a monthly basis. This fee is fixed for 12 months from the date of activation of the supply (referred to in Article 2 of the General Conditions of Supply, hereinafter CGF).

The price of the gas raw material component (PSV + α), excluding VAT and taxes, represents about 51% of the total expenditure for natural gas (excluding VAT and taxes) of a typical domestic customer with annual consumption of 1400 Smc.

The remaining expenditure components (gradual charges (GRAD), CPR component, expenditure for the transport service and management of the meter and the Expenditure for system charges) are applied as defined, published and periodically updated by ARERA . At the end of the period of applicability, the CCV gas, GRAD and the contribution to consumption (α) may be modified by Enel Energia in compliance with the provisions of art. 3.2 of the CGF.

The security deposit, which will be refunded to you in the last balance bill, is calculated based on the number of cubic meters.

Should you withdraw from the contract, the refund of the deposit is added to the statutory interest rate.

You can terminate your Enel Energia contract at any time for free by registered post or certified e-mail.

You can also cancel your request for activation by the supplier by registered mail, at no cost, within 14 days from the conclusion of the contract.

You can exercise the right to change your mind, before activation without providing reasons and without additional charges, within fourteen days from the conclusion of the contract, this period is extended to thirty days for contracts concluded through agents or agencies.

To request the application of the right of withdrawal, you can send the relevant form, which you will find attached to the contract, to one of our contact channels. Only for the supply of power and/or gas you can do so through a simple registered phone call to our toll-free number 800 900 860.

If, when signing the contract, you choose to activate the supply early, the activation times may be reduced and it will no longer be possible to exercise the right to change your mind once the relevant supply has been started or once that the new conditions envisaged by the new contract will have been applied (in the event of a product change with Enel Energia).
