You can join Enel Move Gas if you need to reactivate a deactivated meter (takeover) or carry out a transfer.

The service will be activated by the first day of the second month following activation of the supply and will be free for the entire duration of the contract. In the event of withdrawal, cessation of supply or product change (re-contractualization), the provision of the free Enel Move Plus Gas service provided by Enel Energia will automatically cease.

If you come from another supplier, the step to join Enel Move Gas is very simple. Just know that:

• there are no costs for activating the offer;
• no interventions on the systems or on the meter are necessary;
• the change will take place no later than the first day of the third month following the one in which the contract is concluded.

To request Enel Move Gas you only need:

• a bill;
• your tax code.

You decide how to receive your bill. You have two options available: online or paper bill.

With Bolletta Web you receive bills in digital format directly in your email inbox. Thus make your contribution to the environment by reducing the use of paper.

You choose how to pay your bill and change the payment method whenever you want.
You can pay via:

Direct Debit
Direct debit is the fastest way to always have your payments under control.
You receive the bill 15 days before the due date to check that the amount is correct and the payment takes place on the due day automatically.
The real advantage is that you don't pay a security deposit. Furthermore, the previous supplier will refund your old security deposit if you had paid it.
You avoid queues at the counters and you don't have to remember deadlines.

• online with the IO app or via the website / app of your bank or other pagoPA-enabled channels;
• over the territory at the physical channels referable to Enel Energia (enabled Spazio Enel);
• on the territory in the bank, at the ATM, in the receivers, in all post offices, at the supermarket and in all authorized physical points.
  

We confirm that by using one of these channels you will not have to send any receipts! We will automatically register your payment.

Web and App

From the Enel Energia portal, by registering in the Customer Area, using pagoPA, your credit card, BancomatPay, PayPal, MyBank, or from the Enel Energia APP using pagoPA, your credit card, the your PayPal account.

The price indicated refers to the gas raw material component and represents approximately 61% of the total expenditure for gas (excluding VAT and taxes) of a typical domestic customer with annual consumption of 1100 Scm.

The customer is required to pay the marketing and sales fee (CCV gas) equal to [qvd_enel] €/PDR/year, excluding VAT and taxes, to be paid on a monthly basis. The remaining expense components (expenditure for transport and management costs of the meter and system costs) are applied as defined, published and periodically updated by ARERA and as indicated in the Technical-Economic Conditions of the offer (CTE) and in the General Conditions of Supply (CGF).

You can terminate your Enel Energia contract at any time for free by registered post or certified e-mail.

You can also cancel your request for activation by the supplier by registered mail, at no cost, within 14 days from the conclusion of the contract.

You can exercise the right to reconsider, free of charge, within fourteen days of the conclusion of the Contract. This fourteen-day period is extended to thirty days for contracts concluded in the context of unsolicited visits by the Supplier to the Customer's home or excursions organized by the Supplier with the purpose or effect of promoting or selling products to Customers. The Customer can exercise the right to change his mind using only one of the following contact channels:

• via the enel.it website;
• by email to the email address  allegati.enelenergia@enel.com;
• by post to Enel Energia S.p.A. P.O. Box 8080 - 85100 Potenza
   

In all cases it is possible to use the appropriate form attached to the contract. Finally, exclusively for the supply of power and/or gas, the right to rethink can also be exercised through a simple telephone call registered to the Enel Energia toll-free number 800900860 (in the event of a product change, the Customer can exercise the right to reconsider only in writing).
