The PUN (italian acronym for Single National Price) is the reference price of electricity purchased on the Italian Power Exchange market. The PUN represents the average value of the cost of electricity for each hour and for each day on a national basis. The national figure is an average that takes into account the prices formed in the different areas of Italy and at different times of the day. Knowing the value of the PUN is easy, just access the website of the Energy Market Manager (GME) in the section "summary monthly”.

You choose how to pay your bill and change the payment method whenever you want.
You can pay via:

Direct Debit
Direct debit is the fastest way to always have your payments under control.
You receive the bill 15 days before the due date to check that the amount is correct and the payment takes place on the due day automatically.
The real advantage is that you don't pay a security deposit. Furthermore, the previous supplier will refund your old security deposit if you had paid it.
You avoid queues at the counters and you don't have to remember deadlines.

• online with the IO app or via the website / app of your bank or other pagoPA-enabled channels;
• over the territory at the physical channels referable to Enel Energia (enabled Spazio Enel);
• on the territory in the bank, at the ATM, in the receivers, in all post offices, at the supermarket and in all authorized physical points.
  

We confirm that by using one of these channels you will not have to send any receipts! We will automatically register your payment.

Web and App

From the Enel Energia portal, by registering in the Customer Area, using pagoPA, your credit card, BancomatPay, PayPal, MyBank, or from the Enel Energia APP using pagoPA, your credit card, the your PayPal account.

The bill arrives about 15 days before the due date so that you can verify it. You can only pay by direct debit from your current account. The debit date is the same as the due date for the bill.

The offer includes a price consisting of:

• a price of the energy component, excluding VAT and taxes, equal to the Single National Price (PUN), differentiated on the hourly bands, indicated below, defined with monthly frequency that corresponds to the monthly arithmetic average final values ​​of the PUN, expressed in Euro / kWh, as determined by the Manager of Energy Markets (GME) and published on GME's website and which will be increased by the grid losses applied as defined, published and updated by ARERA.
  
  F1 peak: 8.00 am - 7.00 pm from Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays
  
  F2 peak: 7.00 am - 8.00 pm and 7.00 pm - 11.00 pm from Monday to Friday, Saturday 7.00 am - 11.00 pm, excluding national holidays
  
  F3 peak: 11.00 pm - 7.00 am from Monday to Saturday, Sunday and national holidays
  
  a) For single-time non-processed withdrawal points, for the purposes of applying the above fees, the determination of the energy supplied for each time slot depends on the method of treatment of the measures for the purposes of dispatching regulations pursuant to Del. 278/07 ARERA, hereinafter "Authority". In particular:
  
  i) in case of hourly treatment of the measurements, the withdrawals per band will be calculated by adding the hourly measurements communicated by the distributor for each band (ARERA);
  
  ii) in case of treatment by measure band, the measures for each Authority Band communicated by the distributor will be used;
  
  b) For single-hourly treated withdrawal points: the price of the energy component will be calculated monthly and corresponds to the monthly arithmetic average final value of the single-hour PUN
  
  
• a consumption contribution (α), excluding VAT and taxes and including grid losses, blocked for the first 12 months which will be added to the price of the energy component (equal to the PUN) as described above and which is representative of the costs for the expenditure of the raw material not covered by the PUN. Grid losses applied as defined, published and updated by ARERA;
• a marketing and sales fee (also called Power CCV) equal to [pcv_enel] €/POD/year, excluding VAT and taxes, to be paid on a monthly basis. This fee is fixed for 12 months from the date of activation of the supply (referred to in Article 2 of the General Conditions of Supply, hereinafter CGF)

The price of the energy component (PUN + α), excluding VAT and taxes, represents approximately 50% of the total expenditure for electricity (excluding VAT and taxes) of a non-domestic customer with annual consumption equal to 10,000 kWh and a committed power equal to 10 kW.

The remaining cost components (dispatching price (PD), dispatching component (DISP BT), costs for the transport service and management of the meter, system charges) are applied as defined, published and periodically updated by ARERA and as indicated in the Technical Economic Conditions of the offer (CTE) and in the General Supply Conditions (CGF). At the end of the period of applicability, the electricity CCV and the consumption contribution (α) may be modified by Enel Energia in compliance with the provisions of art. 3.2 of the CGF.

The security deposit, which will be refunded to you in the last balance bill, is calculated on the basis of the power of your meter. In particular, a unit amount of € 5,16/kW will be applied.

If you were to withdraw from the contract, the refund of the deposit is added to the statutory interest rate.

You can terminate your Enel Energia contract at any time for free by registered post or certified e-mail.

You can also cancel your request for activation by the supplier by registered mail, at no cost, within 14 days from the conclusion of the contract.

You can exercise the right to change your mind, before activation without providing reasons and without additional charges, within fourteen days from the conclusion of the contract, this period is extended to thirty days for contracts concluded through agents or agencies.

To request the application of the right of withdrawal, you can send the relevant form, which you will find attached to the contract, to one of our contact channels. Only for the supply of power and/or gas you can do so through a simple registered phone call to our toll-free number 800 900 860.

If, when signing the contract, you choose to activate the supply early, the activation times may be reduced and it will no longer be possible to exercise the right to change your mind once the relevant supply has been started or once that the new conditions envisaged by the new contract will have been applied (in the event of a product change with Enel Energia).
