The PUN (italian acronym for Single National Price) is the reference price of electricity purchased on the Italian Power Exchange market. The PUN represents the average value of the cost of electricity for each hour and for each day on a national basis. The national figure is an average that takes into account the prices formed in the different areas of Italy and at different times of the day. Knowing the value of the PUN is easy, just access the website of the Energy Market Manager (GME) in the section "summary monthly”.

Direct Debit
Direct debit is the fastest way to always have your payments under control.
You receive the bill 15 days before the due date to check that the amount is correct and the payment takes place on the due day automatically.
The real advantage is that you don't pay a security deposit. Furthermore, the previous supplier will refund your old security deposit if you had paid it.
You avoid queues at the counters and you don't have to remember deadlines.

• online with the IO app or via the website / app of your bank or other pagoPA-enabled channels;
• over the territory at the physical channels referable to Enel Energia (enabled Spazio Enel);
• on the territory in the bank, at the ATM, in the receivers, in all post offices, at the supermarket and in all authorized physical points.
  

We confirm that by using one of these channels you will not have to send any receipts! We will automatically register your payment.

Web and App

From the Enel Energia portal, by registering in the Customer Area, using pagoPA, your credit card, BancomatPay, PayPal, MyBank, or from the Enel Energia APP using pagoPA, your credit card, the your PayPal account.

The offer includes a price made up of

• The energy component (PUN + α) where : 
  • PUN is  equal to the Single National Price differentiated on the Hourly bands, indicated below, defined on a monthly basis which corresponds to the monthly arithmetic average final values ​​of the PUN, expressed in Euro/kWh , as determined by the Energy Markets Operator (GME) and published on GME's website and which will be increased by the grid losses applied as defined, published and updated by ARERA.
    
    The price of the energy component is differentiated for the following bands:
    
    F1 Peak: 8.00-19.00 from Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays
    F2 Peak: 07.00-8.00 and 19.00-23.00 from Monday to Friday, Saturday 07.00-23.00, excluding national holidays
    F3 Peak: 11.00pm-7.00am from Monday to Saturday, Sunday and national holidays

  • consumption contribution (α), excluding VAT and taxes and inclusive of network losses, blocked for the first 12 months which will be added to the price of the energy component (equal to the PUN) as described above and which is representative of the costs for the purchase of raw materials not covered by the PUN. Grid losses will be applied as defined, published and updated by ARERA;
    
    

• A marketing and sales fee (also called CCV luce) equal to [pcv_enel] €/POD/year, excluding VAT and taxes, to be paid on a monthly basis. This fee is fixed for 12 months starting from the date of activation of the supply.

The price of the energy component (PUN + α), excluding VAT and taxes, represents approximately 54% of the total expenditure for electricity (excluding VAT and taxes) of a customer domestic resident type with:

• 3 kW committed power
• annual consumption equal to 2000 kWh

The remaining expense components, dispatching fee, fee to cover the net cost of supplying capacity, an imbalance component equal to 2% of the Single National Price (PUN), dispatching component (DISP BT), costs for the transport service and meter management, system charges) are applied as defined, published and periodically updated by ARERA and as indicated in the Technical Economic Conditions of the offer (CTE). Upon expiry of the validity period of the aforementioned fees, Enel Energia will be able to communicate the new values ​​of the same. This communication will be sent according to the methods and timing established by the art. 7.2. of CGFs.

The security deposit, which will be refunded to you in the last balance bill, is calculated on the basis of the power of your meter. In particular, a unit amount of € 5,16/kW will be applied.

If you were to withdraw from the contract, the refund of the deposit is added to the statutory interest rate.

You can terminate your Enel Energia contract at any time for free by registered post or certified e-mail.

You can also cancel your request for activation by the supplier by registered mail, at no cost, within 14 days from the conclusion of the contract.

You can exercise the right to reconsider, free of charge, within fourteen days of the conclusion of the Contract. This fourteen-day period is extended to thirty days for contracts concluded in the context of unsolicited visits by the Supplier to the Customer's home or excursions organized by the Supplier with the purpose or effect of promoting or selling products to Customers. The Customer can exercise the right to change his mind using only one of the following contact channels:

• via the enel.it website;
• by email to the email address  allegati.enelenergia@enel.com;
• by post to Enel Energia S.p.A. P.O. Box 8080 - 85100 Potenza
   

In all cases it is possible to use the appropriate form attached to the contract. Finally, exclusively for the supply of power and/or gas, the right to rethink can also be exercised through a simple telephone call registered to the Enel Energia toll-free number 800900860 (in the event of a product change, the Customer can exercise the right to reconsider only in writing).
