Scegli Oggi Relax

The offer is reserved for those who have an active supply and come from another electricity supplier. The discount on the list price of the energy component, applied for the first 12 months of supply, is 20% for customers coming from the Free Market and 35% for customers coming from the protected market.

To join Scegli Oggi Relax is very simple.

All you need to know is:

• there are no costs for activating the offer;
• no work on the installations or the meter is required;
• the changeover will take place no later than the first day of the third month following the month in which the contract is concluded.

All you need to apply for Scegli Oggi Relax is:

• a utility bill;
• your tax code.

The price indicated refers to the energy component and represents approximately 60% of the total electricity expenditure (excluding VAT and taxes) of a typical domestic resident customer with:

• 3 kW of committed power
• annual consumption of 2700 kWh

The customer is required to pay the marketing and sales charge (CCV luce) equal to [pcv_enel] €/POD/year, excluding VAT and taxes, to be paid on a monthly basis.

The remaining cost components (dispatching price (PD), dispatching component (DISP BT), costs for the transport service and meter management, system charges) are applied as defined, published and periodically updated by ARERA and as indicated in the Technical and Economic Conditions of the offer (CTE) and in the General Conditions of Supply (CGF). At the end of the period of applicability, the price of the energy component and the CTE may be modified by Enel Energia in accordance with the provisions of Article 3.2 of the GCF.

The Service will be activated within the first day of the second month following the activation of the supply, it will be charged directly in the supply bill and will then be tacitly renewed on an annual basis. Unless canceled to be communicated within 60 days of the expiry in the manner indicated in the contract.
In the event of withdrawal, termination of supply or product change (renewal of contracts), the Service will continue to be provided by Enel X which (upon contacting the customer to establish the method of debit) will directly manage the collection of the monthly installments until the end of the 24 months from the date of activation of the same or 12 months in the case of renewal that has already taken place.

You choose how to pay your bill and change the payment method whenever you want.
You can pay via:

Direct Debit
A quick way to keep your payments under control is direct debit. The debit date corresponds to the day on which the bill expires. Your bill arrives about 15 days before the due date, so you have plenty of time to check it.

PagoPA payment notice (go to the list of payment channels)

• over the territory with a commission of €1.30 at the physical channels referable to Enel Energia (enabled Spazio Enel) and at the physical points of the Enel X Pay network
• online with the IO app or via the website / app of your bank or other pagoPA-enabled channels
  
• on the territory in the bank, at the ATM, in the receivers, in all post offices, at the supermarket and in all authorized physical points.
  

We confirm that by using one of these channels you will not have to send any receipts! We will automatically register your payment.

Web and App

From the Enel Energia portal, by registering in the Customer Area, using your credit card, BancomatPay, PayPal, MyBank, pagoPA or from the Enel Energia APP using your credit card, the your PayPal account, pagoPA.

Various services are available for receiving and sending SMS messages, through which we will inform you:

• when your bill is issued;
• when the due date is near;
• if your last bill has been successfully paid;
• when to send us your meter reading.

The SMS messages you receive are free.

You can also submit your meter reading and request:

• updates on the processing of your contract;
• information on your nearest Spazio Enel;
• for your bills to be sent via email;
• changes to your personal data (email address, phone number, address).

The cost of the SMS messages sent varies according to your tariff plan.

The security deposit, which will be refunded to you in the last balance bill, is calculated on the basis of the power of your meter. In particular, a unit amount of € 5,16/kW will be applied.

If you were to withdraw from the contract, the refund of the deposit is added to the statutory interest rate.

You can terminate your Enel Energia contract at any time for free by registered post or certified e-mail.

You can also cancel your request for activation by the supplier by registered mail, at no cost.

You can exercise the right to reconsider, free of charge, within fourteen days of the conclusion of the Contract. This fourteen-day period is extended to thirty days for contracts concluded in the context of unsolicited visits by the Supplier to the Customer's home or excursions organized by the Supplier with the purpose or effect of promoting or selling products to Customers. The Customer can exercise the right to change his mind using only one of the following contact channels:

• via the enel.it website;
• by email to the email address  allegati.enelenergia@enel.com;
• by post to Enel Energia S.p.A. P.O. Box 8080 - 85100 Potenza
   

In all cases it is possible to use the appropriate form attached to the contract. Finally, exclusively for the supply of power and/or gas, the right to rethink can also be exercised through a simple telephone call registered to the Enel Energia toll-free number 800900860 (in the event of a product change, the Customer can exercise the right to reconsider only in writing).
