The digital map for travelling in freedom

Thanks to Enel, 14 thousand public charging stations for electric cars will have been installed in Italy by 2022. Finding out where they are is very simple: enter your departure or destination in the search page, and their availability will be indicated with colours and mileage... and you can set off!

Green, orange, blue or grey. The map indicating the location of public electric car charging stations available through Enel's e-go Ricarica app or on the website e-smartlife.it uses colours like traffic lights: green indicates available, orange indicates that one charger is in use, blue indicates that one charger has been reserved and grey indicates that the station is undergoing maintenance.

Its simplicity is essential, so you can better plan your itinerary. In fact, in Italy there will already be 2,700 operational charging stations by the end of 2018, but the national plan for the installation of electric charging infrastructures calls for 7 thousand columns by 2020 and 14 thousand by 2022.

To display them, all you have to do is enter the name of the town you are in or are going to: in just a few seconds the map will display the nearest columns. If you want more details about their distance from you, simply modify the display mode into a list display: the columns are immediately sorted by increasing distance from the address entered. Yes, that's all there is to it. All that's left to do is start the car and set off in complete serenity.
