Enel Energia has always been careful to make the customer aware of the contents of the contracts.
If you signed a power and/or gas contract with Enel Energia before 1 April 2021, you may receive a communication concerning the modification of the general supply conditions.
In particular, this amendment, which will take effect from 1 December 2023, concerns an integration relating, among other things, to the precise indication of the "justified reasons ” which may allow Enel Energia to unilaterally modify the clauses of the contract.
In the communication on paper or by email, you will find all the useful information in any case, including that on exercising the right of withdrawal if you do not want to accept the change we are proposing.
