The home page of your reserved area becomes a personal guide, with instructions on how to perform any activity to better manage your supplies.
You can activate each service on several supplies at the same time in an extremely simple way. It just takes a few clicks to immediately check the activation status of a signed contract, choose the bill delivery mode, and complete the activation steps of a new offer upon renegotiation.
What is more, you can keep your contract in digital format and download your bill as a PDF file when required, as well as manage bills and payments in a practical and agile manner. The Customer Area provides a single view of all bills for multiple supplies, which you can pay together in one go. You can submit the payment certificate directly online and, if you prefer to change the billing address, just do so from your private area.

Even if you moved house and stopped the supply, your data remain available up to 12 months after deactivation.
