Do you have any questions?


Who can sign up to enelpremia 3.0?

Any Enel Energia customer can sign up to enelpremia 3.0 if they have an account for their household gas and/or electricity supply.

How do I sign up?

You can register using any of the following methods:

  • fill in the registration form in the customer area at enelenergia.it which will give you access to the dedicated enelpremia 3.0 area;
  • via the dedicated section of the Enel Energia app from March 2017;
  • call the Call Centre free on 800 900 860 and press button 4;
  • call in at your local Punto Enel point.
 

How can I collect energy points?

There are lots of ways you can collect energy points:

  • take regular meter readings;
  • pay by direct debit or request online payment facilities;
  • take part in the games and quizzes that enelpremia 3.0 will be issuing from time to time;
  • you can also collect energy points when you purchase Enel Energia products or when you transfer points from partner company schemes;

How do I transfer my points to another member?

You can transfer a total of 2,000 points per year to other members, in a maximum of 2 transfers of up to 1,000 points each. To make a transfer, call the freephone number 800.900.860 and press button 4, or go to the dedicated area of the website.

What's the loyalty code?

You’ll be given a loyalty code when you register. It’s your unique identification number that you should quote in any communication with enelpremia 3.0, Enel Energia, or any of our partner organisations.

What do you mean by “merging” a loyalty code?

Merging your loyalty code means sharing your energy points with another member. You can request this facility by calling freephone on 800 900 860 and pressing button 4, or going to your personal area at enelenergia.it/enelpremia and clicking on “Merge” in the “How it works” menu. Important: any request to merge points will only be final when the member you request to merge with has agreed to the request. Any member who agrees to his/her points being merged with another member’s will no longer be able to spend his/her own points, as they will automatically be transferred to the other member.

Can I de-merge my loyalty code?

Yes, you can request the merge to be deactivated at any time and start collecting energy points under your own loyalty code again.

Can I transfer points to another loyalty scheme?

Yes, if you’re registered with enelpremia 3.0 you can request to have your energy points transferred to any loyalty scheme operated by any Enel Energia partner organisation that you’re registered with. To request this facility, call the Enel Energia freephone number 800 900 860 and press button 4, or go to your personal area and select “Transfer points” from the “How it works” menu. Important: members can request a maximum of 3 transfers per month. Energy points can only be transferred to any relevant loyalty programme whilst the scheme is still in operation, and not later than 30/06/2018. You can also request points collected under partner loyalty schemes to be converted to energy points, not later than 31/05/2018.

How can collect energy points quicker?

You collect more points when you make purchases from Enel Energia partner websites or use their services. These points will be added to you points total within 60 days of the transaction. For more information and a full list of partners, please go to the "Qualifying points from associate companies (Partners) section of the regulations.

How do I check my points balance?

To check your balance, go to your personal area at enelenergia.it, call freephone number 800 900 860 and press button 4, call in at your local Punto Enel or use the Enel Energia app. Your points total also appears on your bill.

 

How and when can I claim my reward?

You can claim your reward from 1 February 2017 by any of the following methods:

  • go to the relevant section of the enelenergia.it/enelpremia website; 
  • use the Enel Energy app from March 2017; 
  • call the freephone number 800 900 860 and press button 4; 
  • call in at your local Punto Enel.

Remember to quote your loyalty code.

 

 

Up until when I can claim a reward?

Enelpremia rewards can be claimed up until 30/06/2018, for energy points collected up to 31/05/2018.

 

When does the enelpremia 3.0 scheme end?

Enelpremia 3.0 will run until 30/06/2018.

Can I cancel my membership of enelpremia 3.0?

Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time by any of the following methods: 

  • call the freephone number 800 900 860 and press button 4; 
  • send a message from your personal area at enelenergia.it; 
  • write to: Enel Energia Servizio Clienti – Casella Postale 8080 – 85100 Potenza.
 
 

When will I receive the energy bonus I've requested?

Your energy bonus will be credited to the next bill issued following your request.

 

I was registered for ENELPREMIA 3.0. Am I automatically registered for enelpremia 3.0?

Yes, anyone registered for ENELPREMIA 3.0 will automatically be registered for the new version of enelpremia 3.0.

I was registered for ENELPREMIA 3.0 and had merged my loyalty code. Will the "Merge" remain in place for the new version of enelpremia 3.0?

No, the "Merge" will be cancelled. If you want to reinstate it, please make another request.

I've opened an account for gas and/or electricity supply. When can I register for enelpremia 3.0?

You can register as soon as your supply is connected.

I am already registered for enelpremia 3.0 with my gas and/or electricity supply. If I sign up for an additional utility do I have to register the new supply with the loyalty scheme?

No, the new utility will be automatically registered for enelpremia 3.0.
