BILL CORRECTION

Have you received a bill with a higher reading than what is shown on your meter? You can request correction of the bill.
 
 
How to request bill correction
 
You simply need to log in to our website and:
  • access your private Customer's area (enter your user-id and password)
  • click on "Bill archive"
  • select "Correct last bill"
  • enter the reading shown on your meter
  • an email will confirm that a corrected bill has been issued.
 
 
Remember:
  • you can only correct bills with estimated readings (pre-payment bills)
  • if you request correction of a bill that has already been paid, you will receive a refund of the excess amount paid
  • bills paid by direct debit may also be corrected (you will need to specify whether or not you intend to block the automatic payment of the bill).
 
What should you do if your bill has a lower estimated reading than that shown on your meter? In this case, you simply submit your reading for the period shown on the bill (you can find this information on the first page of your bill). In your next bill, you will find your consumptions billed based on the reading you submitted.
