Direct Debit
A quick way to keep your payments under control is direct debit. The debit date corresponds to the day on which the bill expires. Your bill arrives about 15 days before the due date, so you have plenty of time to check it.

If you activate a gas supply for the house in which you reside and your family unit has an ISEE lower than or equal to € 8,265, you are entitled to the Gas Social Bonus, as established by law (L 2/2009).
With the Social bonus for gas you will be reimbursed for a part of the expenses incurred for gas. The refund amount depends on:
