ENELPREMIA WOW! has ended

The expiry date of ENELPREMIA WOW! is 31 December 2023.

Every week you will have the opportunity to choose one or more coupons to be used at one of Enel Energia's business partners. The coupons can be downloaded from the Enel Energia APP for seven days, then they will be replaced. Once downloaded, they will be available on the APP in the "My coupons" section and you can use them until their expiry, indicated from time to time on the coupons.

Yes, once downloaded, you can give away your coupons through the "gift coupon" function available on the Enel Energia APP.

Once selected, coupons are available in the dedicated section of the Customer Area and on the Enel Energia App in the "My Coupons" section.

You can request the rewards by 29.10.2024.

Your points balance is available:

• in the section dedicated to ENELPREMIA WOW! of the Customer Area;
• using the Enel Energia App in the appropriate "WOW!" section;
• by contacting our Customer Service at the toll-free number 800.900.860;
• by going to the closest Spazio Enel.

You can claim catalog rewards if you have reached one of these thresholds: 75, 100, 150, 250, 400, 600, 750 WOW points!

With WOW! points accumulated you can request the prizes from our catalog. Check the threshold you have reached and choose your prize!

The catalog of available prizes can be viewed in the section dedicated to ENELPREMIA WOW! in the customer area of ​​the enel.it website or through the Enel Energia APP in the "WOW!" section.

It is possible to request the chosen prize in the following ways:

• by connecting to the website www.enel.it/enelpremia in the specific section dedicated to the initiative;
• using the Enel Energia APP, WOW! section;
• by calling the toll-free number 800.900.860 free of charge;
• by going to the closest Spazio Enel.
