E-Light Bioraria + E-Light Gas

As provided for in the contractual conditions, within 3 months of activation will be carried out a check on the presence of the adhesion requirements, expressed in the technical and economic conditions (to be or become simultaneously customers for the electricity supply). If they are not present, for the next 12 months the deal will be automatically applied at the same economic conditions as E-Light Gas.

In the event of subsequent termination of the electricity supply, the discount on gas supply will be maintained.

E-Light Gas
The fixed price refers to the gas raw material and accounts for about 47% of the overall cost of the gas (excluding VAT and taxes) for a family that consumes 1,400 Sm3 a year.
This price does not include the other tariff components, which are defined by the Authority for Electricity, Gas and the Water System.
The component to remunerate retail business activities is fixed: it is currently €3.5 per month, both for natural gas supplies that include the use of heating, and for those that do not.

E-light Bioraria
The fixed price is for the energy component and accounts for about 32% of the overall cost of the electricity (excluding VAT and taxes) for a family with:

• 3 kW power capacity
• 2700 kWh annual consumption
   

This price does not include charges for dispatching, transportation and marketing (including the A3 component covering the costs for promoting the generation of electricity from renewable and assimilated sources). The dispatching and transport costs are applied by the company in the measure defined by the Authority for Electricity, Gas and the Water System.
The price related to marketing, however, is fixed and is currently €2.50 per month.

The deposit is calculated based on the number of cubic meters:
 

• €25 up to 500 m3
• €77 up to 5000 m3
   

An average monthly payment for more than 5,000 m3.
The deposit is refunded in the final bill, in the event of termination, plus interest at the statutory rate.

Postal giro and credit card
If you select payment by postal giro when applying, you can also pay individual bills by credit card through our Customer Area, or from any authorised Sisal and Lottomatica outlets.

Direct debit from bank or postal account
The bill arrives about 15 days before the due date so that you can verify it. The debit date is the same as the due date for the bill.

PayPal
You can pay your bill easily and securely through PayPal directly from the Enel Energia Customers' Area. The payment can be made at any time from your computer, smartphone or tablet. Your details are safely protected by the PayPal server and are not shared with third parties.

You can change your payment method whenever you want.

Various services are available for receiving and sending SMS messages, through which we will inform you:

• when your bill is issued;
• when the due date is near;
• if your last bill has been successfully paid;
• when to send us your meter reading.

You can also submit your meter reading and request:

• updates on the processing of your contract;
• information on your nearest Enel store;
• changes to your personal data (email address, phone number, address).

The cost of the SMS messages sent varies according to your tariff plan.

The Social Bonus for gas is a partial reimbursement of the costs incurred for payment of the gas, established by Law 2/2009.

You qualify for the social bonus if you activate a supply for the house where you live and your household has an Equivalent Financial Situation Index of €7,500 or less.

The bonus amount depends on the type of use (for example, cooking only or cooking and hot water), the number of inhabitants of the house and the area of ​​residence, and is requested from your local council (or other institutions, such as the CAAF).

You can terminate your Enel Energia contract at any time for free by registered post or certified e-mail.You can also cancel your request for activation by the supplier by registered mail, at no cost, within fourteen days from the conclusion of the contract.
