The offer is reserved for those who have an active supply and come from another power supplier.

The Service will be activated within the first day of the second month following the activation of the supply, will be charged directly to the supply bill and will then be tacitly renewed annually. Unless cancellation is to be communicated within 60 days of the expiration in the manner indicated in the contract.
In the event of withdrawal, termination of the supply or product change (re-negotiation), the Service will continue to be provided by Enel X which (after contacting the customer to establish the method of charging) will directly manage the collection of the monthly fees until the end of 24 months from the date of activation of the same or 12 months in the case of renewal already occurred.

The change of the tariff plan of the Scegli Oggi Relax offer can be requested either from your panel in the personal area, by calling the toll-free number 800900860 from Italy or +39 0664511012 from abroad, for a fee at the cost applied by your telephone operator, or by going directly to one of the Spazio Enel.

From the date of activation of the supply and over the next 10 months of each contractual year, it will be possible to request a free variation of the chosen plan by opting for one of the other plans of the offer. The validity of the offer will not undergo any changes and will remain fixed for 24 months from the date of activation of the supply, regardless of the date of request for a change of plan. In the event of active bonuses on the supply, by requesting a change to the plan, they will lapse and the customer will be entitled to the portion of the bonus accrued up to that moment.

With Scegli Oggi Relax you can help us protect nature by activating the "Bolletta Web" service and thus deciding to receive the invoice in digital format directly in your e-mail box. And if you activate the debit on your bank account, you also avoid queuing for payments.

The price indicated refers to the energy component and represents approximately 91% (average of the individual plans of the Scegli Oggi Relax offer) of the total expenditure for power (excluding VAT and taxes) of a typical residential customer with:

• 3 kW of committed power
  
• annual consumption equal to 2700 kWh

The customer is required to pay the marketing and sales fee (CCV Power) equal to [pcv_enel] €/POD/year, excluding VAT and taxes, to be paid on a monthly basis. The remaining expense components (dispatching price (including imbalance, capacity market price and network losses), dispatching component (DISP BT), costs for the transport service and management of the meter, system charges) are applied according to what is defined, published and periodically updated by ARERA and as indicated in the Technical Economic Conditions of the offer (CTE) and in the General Supply Conditions (CGF).

The offer Scegli Oggi Relax uses only power certified as coming from 100% renewable sources such as sun, water, wind and heat from the earth. Green energy is certified by the Power Service Board's new "Guarantees of Origin" system, according to the EC Directive 2009/28/EC.

The security deposit, which will be refunded to you in the last balance bill, is calculated on the basis of the power of your meter. In particular, a unit amount of € 5,16/kW will be applied.

If you were to withdraw from the contract, the refund of the deposit is added to the statutory interest rate.

You can withdraw from the contract with Enel Energia at any time and without any charge by choosing a new Supplier who will exercise the withdrawal on your behalf and in your name, according to the procedures established by current legislation.

You can exercise the right of second thought, provided for by the law, without additional charges, within 14 days from the conclusion of the contract, during which the practice of activation of the offer; however, if you wish, you can request early execution of the supply.

By choosing the "Request for early execution of the contract", you expressly request that the procedures to initiate the activation are started immediately, that is, before the deadline for reconsidering has elapsed. Even in the case of "Request for early execution of the contract", it is always possible to exercise the right of seconf thought. If it is possible to cancel the activation request, you will continue to be provided by the previous Supplier or the Gas Last Resort Services or the Higher Protection Service for the power sector will be activated. If, on the other hand, it is not possible to interrupt the activation request to the distributor, you will be provided by Enel Energia and you will be able to subsequently identify another Supplier or proceed with the request for closure of the Supply Point, making an express request. In this case, you will be required to pay the fees provided for in the contract until the supply is terminated. Instead, if it is not possible to interrupt the activation request to the distributor, you will be required to pay the consideration of 23.00 euros excluding VAT.
