The PUN (italian acronym for Single National Price) is the reference price of electricity purchased on the Italian Power Exchange market. The PUN represents the average value of the cost of electricity for each hour and for each day on a national basis. The national figure is an average that takes into account the prices formed in the different areas of Italy and at different times of the day. Knowing the value of the PUN is easy, just access the website of the Energy Market Manager (GME) in the section "summary monthly”.

Direct Debit
A quick way to keep your payments under control is direct debit. The debit date corresponds to the day on which the bill expires. Your bill arrives about 15 days before the due date, so you have plenty of time to check it.

• without online commissions on pay.enelx.com and from the Enel X Pay App or locally with a commission of € 1.30 at the physical channels referable to Enel Energia (enabled Spazio Enel) and at the physical points of the Enel X Pay network
• online with the IO app or via the website / app of your bank or other pagoPA-enabled channels
  
• on the territory in the bank, at the ATM, in the receivers, in all post offices, at the supermarket and in all authorized physical points.
  

We confirm that by using one of these channels you will not have to send any receipts! We will automatically register your payment.

Web and App

From the Enel Energia portal, by registering in the Customer Area, using your credit card or your Enel X Pay account, BancomatPay, PayPal, MyBank, pagoPA or from the Enel Energia APP using your credit card, the your PayPal account, pagoPA.

The service will be activated within the first day of the second month following the activation of the supply and will be free for the entire duration of the contract. In the event of withdrawal, termination of supply or product change (re-negotiation), the provision of the free 360 ​​Power Protection service provided by Enel X will automatically cease.

The bill arrives about 15 days before the due date so that you can verify it. You can only pay by direct debit from your current account. The debit date is the same as the due date for the bill.

The offer includes a price made up of: 

• a price of the energy component, excluding VAT and taxes, equal to the Single National Price (PUN) differentiated on the time peaks indicated below, defined on a monthly basis  which corresponds to the final monthly arithmetic average values ​​of the PUN, expressed in Euro/kWh, as determined by the Energy Markets Operator (GME) and published on the GME website and which will be increased by the grid losses applied as defined, published and updated by ARERA.

F1 Peak: 8.00-19.00 from Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays

F2 Peak: 07.00-8.00 and 19.00-23.00 from Monday to Friday, Saturday 07.00-23.00, excluding public holidays national

F3 Peak: 11.00pm-7.00am from Monday to Saturday, Sunday and national holidays

a) For withdrawal points not treated on a single-rate basis, for the purposes of applying the above fees, the determination of the energy supplied for each time slot depends on the method of treatment of the measures for the purposes of the dispatching regulation pursuant to Resolution 278/07 [AEEGSI], hereinafter "Authority"). In particular:

i)  in the event of hourly treatment of the measurements, the withdrawals per band will be calculated by adding up the hourly measurements communicated by the distributor for each band [ARERA];

ii) in case of treatment by size band, the measures for each Authority Band communicated by the distributor will be used;

b) For single-rate withdrawal points: the price of the energy component will be calculated monthly and corresponds to the monthly arithmetic average final value of the single-rate PUN.

• a contribution to consumption (α), excluding VAT and taxes and inclusive of network losses (applied as defined, published and updated by ARERA), differentiated on time slots indicated above and blocked for the first 12 months which will be added to the price of the energy component (equal to the PUN) as described above and which is representative of the costs for the purchase of raw materials not covered by the PUN. This consumption contribution is valid for the first 12 months of supply.
  
• a marketing and sales fee (also called CCV luce) equal to [pcv_enel] €/POD/year, excluding VAT and taxes, to be paid on a monthly basis. This fee is fixed for 12 months starting from the date of activation of the supply.

The offer also includes for the first 24 months of supply: the 360 PLUS PROTECTION SERVICE BY ENEL X at the cost of 4 €90/month. Details and conditions available in the "360 PLUS PROTECTION OF ENEL X" section of these Technical and Economic Conditions and in the Service description sheet.

The price of the energy component (PUN + α), including network losses, excluding VAT and taxes, represents approximately 65% of total electricity expenditure (VAT and taxes excluded) of a typical resident domestic customer with:

• 3 kW of committed power
  
• annual consumption equal to 2700 kWh

The remaining cost components (dispatching price (PD), dispatching component (DISP BT), costs for the transport service and meter management, system charges) are applied as defined, published and periodically updated by ARERA and as indicated in the Technical-Economic Conditions of the offer (CTE) and in the General Supply Conditions (CGF). At the end of the period of applicability, the electricity CCV and the contribution to consumption (α) may be modified by Enel Energia .

Various services are available for receiving and sending SMS messages, through which we will inform you:

• when your bill is issued;
• when the due date is near;
• if your last bill has been successfully paid;
• when to send us your meter reading.

The SMS messages you receive are free.

You can also submit your meter reading and request:

• updates on the processing of your contract;
• information on your nearest Spazio Enel;
• for your bills to be sent via email;
• changes to your personal data (email address, phone number, address).

The cost of the SMS messages sent varies according to your tariff plan.

The security deposit, which will be refunded to you in the last balance bill, is calculated on the basis of the power of your meter. In particular, a unit amount of € 5,16/kW will be applied.
Check for more information on the amounts charged as a security deposit.

If you were to withdraw from the contract, the refund of the deposit is added to the statutory interest rate.

You can terminate your Enel Energia contract at any time for free by registered post or certified e-mail.

You can also cancel your request for activation by the supplier by registered mail, at no cost, within 14 days from the conclusion of the contract.

You can exercise the right of second thought, provided for by the law, without additional charges, within 14 days from the conclusion of the contract, during which the procedure for activating the 'offer; however, if you wish, you can request early execution of the supply.

By choosing the "Request for early execution of the contract", you expressly request that the procedures to initiate the activation are started immediately, that is, before the deadline for reconsidering has elapsed. Even in the case of "Request for early execution of the contract", it is always possible to exercise the right to reconsider. If it is possible to cancel the activation request, you will continue to be provided by the previous Supplier or the Gas Last Resort Services or the Higher Protection Service for the electricity sector will be activated. If, on the other hand, it is not possible to interrupt the activation request to the distributor, you will be provided by Enel Energia and you will be able to subsequently identify another Supplier or proceed with the request to close the Supply Point, making an express request. In this case you will be required to pay the fees provided for in the contract until the termination of the supply. Instead, if it is not possible to interrupt the activation request to the distributor, you will be required to pay the consideration of 23.00 euros excluding VAT.
