The provision of such data is optional however, any refusal to supply such would prevent Enel Energia from fulfilling your request.
The personal data processed will be exclusively that provided by you when completing this form.
In the carrying out of the aforementioned purposes, personal data may be disclosed to Enel Group companies as well as to third-party service providers who will use the data in the role of independent data controllers or, if appointed, external managers, and those responsible for handling supply contracts as data processors may also be provided with such details.
Processing will last no longer than the time required to fulfil the purposes for which the data was collected.
