• customers with a VAT number (professionals, companies, resellers and traders) who use low voltage (LV) power supplies with contractual power not exceeding 25 kW.

To join Scegli Oggi Business Bioraria all you need is:

• your VAT number or tax code;
• the POD code of your meter;
• the IBAN code, in case of debit on current account.

Joining Scegli Oggi Business Bioraria is very simple:

• there is no intervention either on the systems or on the meter;
• there are no costs for activating the offer.

If you subscribe online to Scegli Oggi Business Bioraria you will be awarded a total bonus of € 60, including VAT, which will be recognized in your bill, starting from the second month of supply for 10 months, with a monthly amount of € 6, VAT included which will go to reduce the total to pay of the same. In the case of intra-month activation of the supply (First Activation and Takeover) the bonus will be paid, with the same timing, according to the pro-die logic up to the achievement of € 60. In the event of withdrawal, termination of supply or re-negotiation, the Customer will be entitled to the portion of the bonus accrued up to that moment. Enel Energia reserves the right to suspend or interrupt the disbursement of the bonus for customers who, during the contractual relationship, become arrears also in relation to other supply already in the name or to a previous supply even ceased.

With Web Bill receive your bills in digital format directly in your e-mail box. In this way you can contribute to the environment by reducing the use of paper.

You will receive your first bill a month after the contract activation date. The subsequent bills will be delivered to you every two months. Only for committed powers above 15kW the bills are issued with reference to one month of consumption.

Signing up to the offer is easy and immediate – the only document you need is your identity card. Make sure it's valid and choose your preferred way to provide a copy:
 

• directly by email to the email address allegati@enel.com;
• by One2One email, in direct contact with the consultant;
• via your private area, in the "Upload documents" section.
   

To complete the activation process, just enter the following information about your company:
 

• Full name of the contact person and their tax code;
• phone;
• email;
• VAT number;
• legal form of the company;
• business name;
• the POD code (for the electricity supply) or PDR code (for the natural gas supply). Alternatively, you can enter the 9-digit Customer Code found on the counter display or on the previous account holder's bills;
• the IBAN, if you want to debit the bill to your bank account.

The offer includes a price consisting of a marketing and sales fee (Power CCV), applied to each withdrawal point, expressed in €/year and paid on a monthly basis, and a Pvol component, applied to consumption, and expressed in €/kWh. The price indicated refers to the energy component (Pvol) and represents approximately 80% of the total expenditure for power (excluding VAT and taxes) of a non-domestic customer with:
 

• up to 25 kW of committed power
• annual consumption of less than 1,000,000 kWh

The customer is required to pay the marketing and sales fee (CCV Power) equal to [pcv_enel] €/POD/year, excluding VAT and taxes, to be paid on a monthly basis. The remaining expense components (dispatching price (including imbalance, capacity market price and network losses), dispatching component (DISP BT), costs for the transport service and management of the meter, system charges) are applied according to what is defined, published and periodically updated by ARERA and as indicated in the Technical Economic Conditions of the offer (CTE) and in the General Supply Conditions (CGF).

The security deposit, which will be refunded to you in the last balance bill, is calculated on the basis of the power of your meter. In particular, a unit amount will be applied equal to:

• € 7.75/kW for power used less than or equal to 15kW
• € 10.33/kW for power exceeding 15kW.

If you were to withdraw from the contract, the refund of the deposit is added to the statutory interest rate.

Your bill comes online every two months and you can pay it by direct debit or payment notice.

You choose how to pay your bill and change the payment method whenever you want.
You can pay via:

Direct Debit
A quick way to keep your payments under control is direct debit. The debit date corresponds to the day on which the bill expires. Your bill arrives about 15 days before the due date, so you have plenty of time to check it.

• without online commissions on pay.enelx.com and from the Enel X Pay App or locally with a commission of € 1.30 at the physical channels referable to Enel Energia (enabled Spazio Enel) and at the physical points of the Enel X Pay network
• online with the IO app or via the website / app of your bank or other pagoPA-enabled channels
  
• on the territory in the bank, at the ATM, in the receivers, in all post offices, at the supermarket and in all authorized physical points.
  

We confirm that by using one of these channels you will not have to send any receipts! We will automatically register your payment.

Web and App

From the Enel Energia portal, by registering in the Customer Area, using your credit card or your Enel X Pay account, BancomatPay, PayPal, MyBank, pagoPA or from the Enel Energia APP using your credit card, the your PayPal account, pagoPA.
