You choose how to pay your bill and change payment method whenever you want.
You can pay via:

Direct debit

Direct debit is the fastest way to always have your payments under control.

Receive the bill 15 days before the due date to check that the amount is correct and the payment takes place automatically on the due day.

The real advantage is that you don't pay a security deposit. Furthermore, the previous supplier will refund your old security deposit if you had paid it.

You avoid queues at the counters and you don't have to remember deadlines.
 

PagoPA payment notice (consult the website pagoPA the list of payment channels)

• online with the IO app or via the website/app of your bank or other pagoPA-enabled channels;
• in the territory through the physical channels referable to Enel Energia (Enel space enabled);
• in the area at the bank, at the ATM, in the betting shop, in all post offices, at the supermarket and in all authorized physical points.
  

Web and App

From the Enel Energia portal, registering in the Customer Area, using pagoPA, your credit card, BancomatPay, PayPal, MyBank, or from the Enel Energia APP using pagoPA, your credit card, your PayPal account.

We confirm that by using one of these channels you will not have to send any receipts! We will automatically record your payment.

You can withdraw from the contract with Enel Energia at any time and without any charge by choosing a new Supplier who will exercise the withdrawal on your behalf and in your name, according to the methods established by current legislation.

You can exercise the right to change your mind, without charge, within fourteen days of the conclusion of the Contract. This period of fourteen days is extended to thirty days for contracts concluded in the context of unsolicited visits by the Supplier to the Customer's home or excursions organized by the Supplier with the aim or effect of promoting or selling products to Customers. The Customer can exercise the right to reconsider using only one of the following contact channels:

• via the enel.it website;
• via email to the email address allegati.enelenergia@enel.com;
  
• by post to the address Enel Energia S.p.A. PO Box 8080 - 85100 PCS
  

In all cases it is possible to use the appropriate form attached to the contract. Finally, exclusively for the supply of electricity and/or gas, the right of reconsideration can also be exercised through a simple telephone call registered to the Enel Energia toll-free number 800 900 860 (in the event of a product change, the Customer can exercise the right of reconsideration only in writing).
