What is the Enel Energia App for?

The App is available for all Enel Energia customers who have signed an power or gas deal for a home or an individual business. You can download the Enel Energia App on App Store and Play Store. 

To log into the App, you must enter the username and password used to enter the Customer Area of the Enel Energia website. If you are not registered yet, you can do so now!

With the Enel Energia App you can:

• manage your power and gas contract
• communicate your meter reading or that of friends or parents
• pay your bill via QR code
• pay your bill by credit card or PayPal (payment service is free)
• request the domiciliation of the bill
  
• request Bolletta Web
• join the ENELPREMIA WOW! points programe and receive a gift every week
• find out all the news from the world of Enel Energia
• see all our power and gas deals
• discover the nearest Spazio Enel and book an appointment
• request the support of Enel operators
  

The App is compatible with Android 5.0 and later versions and iOS 9.0 and later versions. Make sure your device has a version compatible with one of those indicated above. If, despite being compatible, you are unable to download the App, we recommend that you refer to our contact channels:

Are you the owner of the supply?
If yes, please enter the email address and password with which you registered as your credentials; if you don't remember the password used during registration, you can tap on the "recover password" button on the login screen.
If not, we invite you to enter the email and password with which the supply holder registered.

You can change your email by visiting the upload documents section on the website. You will have to fill in a short form.

You can change or recover the password in the login area by selecting the recover password button. You will have to indicate the email address associated with the supply account holder and enter a new password.
