The offer is reserved for those who have an active supply and come from another electricity supplier or if you want to transfer with a change of supplier. In case of a change of supplier transfer, you can join the offer, free of charge, through a Private Area operator.

The 30% discount on the list price of the energy component, applied for the first 12 months of supply, is reserved for customers who come from the Protected Service.

The end of the Protected Service for electricity provided for non-vulnerable customers is set for 01/07/24. Discover the details in the dedicated article.

Those coming from the free market will be able to take up the Always with you offer at full price. Enel Energia will carry out the appropriate checks on the customer's market of origin, at the end of which it will inform the customer of the effective application of the aforementioned discount. The customer has the right to withdraw from this offer at any time and without any charge.

If you come from another supplier, the step to join Sempre Con Te is very simple. Just know that:

• there are no costs for activating the offer;
• no interventions on the systems or on the meter are necessary;
• the change will take place no later than the first day of the third month following the one in which the contract is concluded.

To request Sempre Con Te you only need:

• a bill;
• your tax code.

With Bolletta Web you receive your bills in digital format directly in your inbox. Thus, you contribute to the environment by reducing the use of paper.

You choose how to pay your bill and change the payment method whenever you want.
You can pay via:

Direct Debit
Direct debit is the fastest way to always have your payments under control.
You receive the bill 15 days before the due date to check that the amount is correct and the payment takes place on the due day automatically.
The real advantage is that you don't pay a security deposit. Furthermore, the previous supplier will refund your old security deposit if you had paid it.
You avoid queues at the counters and you don't have to remember deadlines.

• online with the IO app or via the website / app of your bank or other pagoPA-enabled channels;
• over the territory at the physical channels referable to Enel Energia (enabled Spazio Enel);
• on the territory in the bank, at the ATM, in the receivers, in all post offices, at the supermarket and in all authorized physical points.
  

We confirm that by using one of these channels you will not have to send any receipts! We will automatically register your payment.

Web and App

From the Enel Energia portal, by registering in the Customer Area, using pagoPA, your credit card, BancomatPay, PayPal, MyBank, or from the Enel Energia APP using pagoPA, your credit card, the your PayPal account.

The price indicated above and referring to the energy component represents approximately 51% of the total expenditure for power (VAT and taxes excluded) of a typical resident domestic customer with:

• 3 kW of committed power
  
• annual consumption equal to 2700 kWh

In addition, the customer is required to pay the marketing and sales fee (CCV power) equal to [pcv_enel] €/POD/year, excluding VAT and taxes, to be paid on a monthly basis .

The remaining cost components, dispatching price (PD), dispatching component (DISP BT), costs for the transport service and meter management, system charges are applied according to what is defined, published and periodically updated by ARERA and as indicated in the Technical-Economic Conditions of the offer (CTE) and in the General Conditions of Supply (CGF).

The security deposit, which will be refunded to you in the last balance bill, is calculated on the basis of the power of your meter. In particular, a unit amount of € 5,16/kW will be applied.

If you were to withdraw from the contract, the refund of the deposit is added to the statutory interest rate.

You can terminate your Enel Energia contract at any time for free by registered post or certified e-mail.

You can also cancel your request for activation by the supplier by registered mail, at no cost, within 14 days from the conclusion of the contract.

You can exercise the right to reconsider, free of charge, within fourteen days of the conclusion of the Contract. This fourteen-day period is extended to thirty days for contracts concluded in the context of unsolicited visits by the Supplier to the Customer's home or excursions organized by the Supplier with the purpose or effect of promoting or selling products to Customers. The Customer can exercise the right to change his mind using only one of the following contact channels:

• via the enel.it website;
• by email to the email address  allegati.enelenergia@enel.com;
• by post to Enel Energia S.p.A. P.O. Box 8080 - 85100 Potenza
   

In all cases it is possible to use the appropriate form attached to the contract. Finally, exclusively for the supply of power and/or gas, the right to rethink can also be exercised through a simple telephone call registered to the Enel Energia toll-free number 800900860 (in the event of a product change, the Customer can exercise the right to reconsider only in writing).
