Brand Loyalty Awards, the success of: second place at the and the Grand Prix and Gamification award

An important recognition for Enel Energia, which earns top honours at the Brand Loyalty Awards. The award ceremony, devoted by ADC Group to the best loyalty and reward projects, took place on April 16 at the Memo Restaurant in Milan.

Enelpremia 3.0, the loyalty program of Enel Energia, created in collaboration with Roncaglia Relationship Marketing and completed the 31 of October 2018, won second place for the Grand Prix prize and first place in the Gamification category. Prizes were awarded by a jury composed of authoritative representatives of companies and associations in the sector such as DAZN, Edenred, Fastweb, BPM, Barilla, Unieuro, Q8, Ferrarelle, Gruppo Lo Conte e BNL.

Enelpremia 3.0 has launched a new loyalty model, with an original trait, which has managed to involve customers through a process that went far beyond accumulation: it has engaged the Enel Energia community on the Open Power values. The innovative strength of the 2-year project helped make individual users the key drivers of change towards an increasingly sustainable future.

Generate and distribute energy to face the challenges of the future together

In fact, each Enelcustomer enrolled in the program was able to participate in  which had the three-fold objective of educating, informing and entertaining users. The programme provided for different participation methods, narrated, and articulated through a  structure based on four main strands: tourism, environment, mobility and well-being. From the to "arcade" models, from mazes to memory games, small challenges to learn how to improve everyday life and take responsibility for energy consumption.
Results evidenced the success of the initiative: 1,400,000 members for 4 million activities carried out on the  platform. A participation that rewarded through the provision of over 5.000.000 euros returned to the community in gas and electricity bonuses, cinema tickets, free supplies for a year, and much more.
