You can ask the operator for details of whether to opt for the Notte e Festivi plan, which costs € 0/kWh (VAT and taxes excluded) for the energy component all nights and holidays, or the Senza Orari plan for the energy component that costs the same at any time of day or night; if instead you are at home more in the evening, on weekends and on holidays, the operator might, for example, suggest you opt for the Bioraria. plan. If you are not satisfied with the chosen plan, or if you change your mind later, the operator will be able to help you change it at no additional cost and up to a maximum of 3 times over the 10 months following activation of the supply and for each contractual year.
Completing the phase of signing up for the offer also becomes faster and more immediate thanks to continuous and direct assistance in live chat. If you have difficulty entering your personal data during signing up, you can take advantage of the "Share screen" option and delegate the operator to fill in the fields required to complete the procedure. At the end of the process, you will receive an e-mail to confirm activation of the offer.

The price refers only to the energy component of the Senza Orari plan equal to 0.25 €/kWh (excluding VAT and taxes). This price includes network losses that are applied as defined, published and updated by ARERA. You will also have to pay the marketing and sales fee (CCV Luce) which, for the first 24 months of supply, will be equal to 108 €/POD/year (excluding VAT and taxes), to be paid on a monthly basis.
