What data is needed to activate a supply
For both supplies you will need to have:
What are the documents to be returned to activate a supply
Following your request you will receive the contract which you will have to return to us completed as follows:
- the form certifying ownership or regular possession of the property for which the supply of power or gas is requested (residential title). To find out more and to download the form to fill out, go to the page dedicated to property ownership.
- form 326 in PDF format certifying the urban planning regularity of the property (application 326)
In the case of supplies other than domestic use, remember that you will receive the contract acceptance form together with the contractual documentation.
Don't forget to always send a copy of a valid identification document and to provide your contact details (telephone numbers/email addresses).
Failure or partial return of the required documentation will not allow completion of the activation request.
To send us the complete forms, use one of the following channels:
- via web: through the document upload service;
- by email: allegati.enelenergia@enel.com;
- to one of our contact channels.
Remember that, if the supply has been interrupted, just ask for a takeover, while if the supply is still active it will be sufficient to make a transfer.

Times, display and management of my new supply in the Customer Area
If you have signed the contract online on our website enel.it, you can immediately consult the progress of the activation by accessing the Customer Area and to the Enel Energia App: you will find a card where the information on the power or gas supply being activated is indicated.
In the case of a dual contract (single contract for power and gas), only the progress of the power supply will be available, once the activation of the gas supply is complete, it will be possible to view and activate the services for both supplies.
If, on the other hand, you have signed the contract with another of our non-digital channels, you will need to wait for it to be registered in our systems. For this reason, before being able to view it, it may be necessary to wait no longer than ten working days following the subscription.
If you haven't already done so, create your Single Profile, the account to access the Customer Area and Enel Energia App digital services. For more information on access to digital services, visit our section dedicated to frequently asked questions for the customer area.
