What is EnelClic

EnelClic is Enel Energia's new contact channel, which allows you to use the Internet connection through VoIP technology*, i.e. "Voice Over IP" or even " Voice over Internet Protocol”, allowing you to call anyone in real time.

A free service, which can also be used from abroad, which uses the Internet connection via Wi-Fi or data connection, therefore the call does not have additional costs compared to those foreseen for the Internet in the tariff plan.  

*VoIP is the acronym of Voice over IP, that is, Voice via internet protocol, thanks to this technology it is possible, in fact, make calls directly from your PC without the need for a landline or mobile number.

How EnelClic works

Speaking to an operator via EnelClic is very simple, you just need to make sure you have installed the latest version of one of the browsers including Chrome, Firefox and Safari and allow the use of the microphone.

If the call with EnelClic is started directly from the PC, you will be asked to authorize access to the microphone and loudspeakers. Audio quality may vary depending on the audio software, hardware, operating system and internet connection being used. We recommend using an earphone or headphones with an integrated microphone for better conversation, without background noise.

If, on the other hand, the call will be initiated from a smartphone, it will also be necessary to remember to allow the use of the microphone.
