You can use this channel to get in touch with Enel Energia customer service and talk to one of our operators, directly from your PC, smartphone or tablet.

To exploit all the potential of EnelClic it is necessary to have:

• Internet connection via Wi-Fi or data connection;
• the latest version of Chrome, Safari or Firefox;
• earphone or speakers;
• microphone.

EnelClic is not a paid service, it uses Wi-Fi or your data connection, therefore the call has no additional costs compared to those foreseen for the internet by your tariff plan.

To talk to an operator via EnelClic you need to install the latest version of one of the browsers including Chrome, Firefox and Safari and allow the use of the microphone.

If you start the phone call with EnelClic directly from your PC, you will be asked to authorize access to the microphone and speakers. Audio quality may vary depending on the audio software, hardware, operating system, and Internet connection you use. It is recommended that you have a headset connected directly to your computer and place the microphone to avoid feedback noise.

If you are using a smartphone, remember to allow the use of the microphone.
