The PSV (acronym for Virtual Exchange Point) is an electronic system administered by the Energy Market Manager (GME) and used as a reference hub for the definition of the price of the wholesale gas raw material component. The PSV represents the meeting point between the supply and demand of the gas market on a national basis. The national figure is an average that takes into account the prices formed in the different areas of Italy and at different times of the day.

You can join Trend Gas Super if you want to switch to Enel Energia from another natural gas supplier.

The following can join Trend Gas Super

• all users with VAT number (professionals, businesses, resellers and traders) with consumption of up to 15,000 Scm of gas per year.

To request Trend Gas Super just keep at hand:

• the VAT number or tax code;
• the PDR code of your meter;
• the IBAN code, in case of debit on a current account.

Activating Trend Gas Super is very simple: 

• no intervention is foreseen either on the systems or on the meter;
• the transfer will take place at the latest within the first day of the third month following the one in which the contract is concluded;
• there are no costs for activating the offer.

You decide how to receive the bill. You have two options: Bolletta Web or paper bill.
 

With Bolletta Web you receive your bills in digital format directly in your inbox. Thus, you contribute to the environment by reducing the use of paper.

You will receive your first bill 1 month after the date of activation of the contract.

You choose how to pay your bill and change the payment method whenever you want.
You can pay via:

Direct Debit
A quick way to keep your payments under control is direct debit. The debit date corresponds to the day on which the bill expires. Your bill arrives about 15 days before the due date, so you have plenty of time to check it.

PagoPA payment notice (go to the list of payment channels)

• over the territory with a commission of €1.30 at the physical channels referable to Enel Energia (enabled Spazio Enel) and at the physical points of the Enel X Pay network
• online with the IO app or via the website / app of your bank or other pagoPA-enabled channels
  
• on the territory in the bank, at the ATM, in the receivers, in all post offices, at the supermarket and in all authorized physical points.
  

We confirm that by using one of these channels you will not have to send any receipts! We will automatically register your payment.

Web and App

From the Enel Energia portal, by registering in the Customer Area, using your credit card, BancomatPay, PayPal, MyBank, pagoPA or from the Enel Energia APP using your credit card, the your PayPal account, pagoPA.

With direct debit from your current account you run no risk of delay or loss: an easy way to pay your bill. The bill arrives 15 days before the expiry date: the debit date corresponds to the expiry date of the bill.

The offer includes a price made up of:

• a price of the gas raw material component, equal to the PSV, excluding VAT and taxes, defined on a monthly basis which is the monthly arithmetic average final value rounded to the third decimal place of the following prices expressed in Euros /MWh relating to PSV ICIS HEREN for each working day of the month: (a) price obtained as the average of the "bid" and "offer" prices reported in the "PSV Price Assessment Day-Ahead" section of the immediately preceding working day for each day not working day (including weekends) of the month; (b) price obtained as the average of the "bid" and "offer" quotations reported in the "PSV Price Assessment Weekend" section of the previous first working day, published in the ICIS Heren Report. Working days and public holidays refer to the London English calendar.
• a consumption contribution (α), excluding VAT and taxes, expressed in Euro/Scm, is a parameter fixed and invariable for 12 months starting from supply activation date. This contribution is representative of the costs for the purchase of raw materials not covered by the PSV.
  
• a marketing and sales fee (also called CCV Gas) equal to [qvd_enel] €/PDR/year, excluding VAT and taxes to be paid on a monthly basis. This fee is fixed for 12 months starting from the date of activation of the supply (referred to in Article 2 of the General Supply Conditions, hereinafter CGF).
  

The price of the gas raw material component (PSV + α), excluding VAT and taxes,  represents approximately 69% of the total expenditure for natural gas (excluding VAT and taxes) of a non-domestic customer with equal to 5,000 Scm per year.

The remaining expense components (gradual charges (GRAD), CPR component, expense for the transport and meter management service and the Expense for system charges) are applied according to what is defined, published and periodically updated by ARERA. At the end of the period of applicability, the gas CCV and the consumption contribution (α) may be modified by Enel Energia in compliance with the provisions of art. 3.2 of the GTC.

Various services are available for receiving and sending SMS messages, through which we will inform you:

• when your bill is issued;
• when the due date is near;
• if your last bill has been successfully paid;
• when to send us your meter reading.

The SMS messages you receive are free.

You can also submit your meter reading and request:

• updates on the processing of your contract;
• information on your nearest Spazio Enel;
• for your bills to be sent via email;
• changes to your personal data (email address, phone number, address).

The cost of the SMS messages sent varies according to your tariff plan.

The security deposit, which will be refunded to you in the last balance bill, is calculated based on the number of cubic meters.

Should you withdraw from the contract, the refund of the deposit is added to the statutory interest rate.

You can withdraw from the contract with Enel Energia at any time and without any charge by choosing a new Supplier who will carry out the withdrawal on your behalf and in your name, according to the procedures established by current legislation.
