How to avoid delays or non-delivery in the delivery of bills

Here are some simple solutions that can be adopted to avoid receiving a late bill such as, for example, choosing to activate the Enel Energia service Bolletta Web. A completely free service that allows you to receive a copy of the bill directly to the email address of your choice starting from the day following that of issue.

In this way you will have more time to check the amount, evaluate an installment  and manage payment.

You can activate the Bolletta Web service yourself:

  • in the Customer Area, in the section “Bills”, select “Bolletta Web”;
  • in the Enel Energia App, in the supply details, select "Bolletta Web" in the section "Manage".   

You could receive the paper bill close to the deadline, the bills affected by the delay will be excluded from the charge of default interest for payments made within 15 days following the deadline. For the same period, credit recovery actions will also be suspended on these bills.
