The wholesale price for energy is that of the energy component and it is the same price at which Enel Energia buys electricity on the Italian Power Exchange wholesale market for resale to end customers. The wholesale market reference price is represented by the Single National Price (hereinafter PUN) determined on the Italian Power Exchange. This price varies on a monthly basis according to the final value determined by the arithmetic average of the PUN's hourly prices, which are determined in turn by the Energy Market Authority (GME); it may be split into Peak and Off-peak bands and it is published on the GME website. Once you have accepted the General Conditions and the contents of the GME website, you may consult the pdf files in the "monthly summary" section, selecting the month of interest.

Open Energy Digital is a one-time offer from Enel Energia that makes available to your business, in addition to the supply of power, a package of customized innovative services provided by Accenture designed specifically for businesses. By joining Open Energy Digital you will have a website created by professional designers complete with e-commerce and online booking. In addition, you will have a variety of courses available to enhance your digital skills.
All digital services will be yours at a cost of € 24/month for the first 12 months of supply (including the contribution of €144 in installments in the first 12 months of supply for the design service). From the thirteenth month of supply, the cost of the digital service is € 12/month. All prices are exclusive of VAT.

From the thirteenth month of supply, the cost is € 48.00/month.
Upon activation of your power supply you will receive two bills of € 144 and € 144, (respectively one relating to the annual cost of the Digital Service and the other relating to the cost of the Design Service) for which you will not have to make no payment. The amounts will in fact be paid in installments within the power bill which will therefore include the cost of supplying energy and the cost of the digital package. All prices are VAT excluded.

If you no longer want the services included in the Open Energy Digital offer, you can contact our customer service dedicated to businesses on key 3 of the toll-free number 800 900 860 or go to one of our Spazio Enel to be able to change the product on another offer from Enel Energia.

In the event that the Digital Service should be suspended for withdrawal before the expiry of the 12 months of supply, it will be necessary to pay the remaining installments relating to the Design Service in a single solution. The amount will be included in the latest Open Energy Digital bill.

Instead, in the event that the Digital Service should be suspended due to passage to an offer other than Open Energy Digital before the expiry of the first 12 months of supply, the installment amounts not yet paid relating to the Contribution of the Design Service will be included in the bills relating to the new offer signed.

In the event of withdrawal, termination of the supply or product change to another offer, Enel Energia, the Design Service and the Digital Service of Accenture S.p.A. will remain active for a period of 30 days from the communication of the withdrawal, during which you can contact the Enel Energia toll-free number at 800 900 860 to obtain all the information and support necessary to identify a solution that guarantees you the possibility to continue to use the Design Service and Digital Service from a third party. You will also have the opportunity to transfer your domain to another registrar and, in any case, have the design of the site available (in jpeg or similar non-vector formats), being able to download the contents of the site independently (texts, photos, product catalog).
