What is Enel Energia PLACET Fissa Gas Business
Enel Energia PLACET Fissa Gas Business (PLACET is for Liberalised Rate at Equivalent Protection Conditions) is offered for the supply of gas with a price structure and contractual conditions defined by the Regulatory Authority for Energy, Networks and the Environment (hereinafter ARERA), and introduced by the same with resolution 555/2017/R/com as amended. In compliance with the price structure established by the Authority, rates are determined by the Supplier
Who can adhere to the service?
Non-domestic customers holders of supply points with annual consumption under 200,000 Smc for natural gas are eligible for Enel Energia PLACET Fissa Gas Business offer. Excluded: multi-site customers, where at least one supply point does not fall under the cases described above; customers holding supplies for public administrations
Adhering to the offer
You can adhere to Enel Energia PLACET Fissa Gas Business offer by the date indicated in the Technical and Financial Conditions ("CTE"), through the following channels: for contracts concluded by telephone, adhesion takes place with the customer's consent with the recording of the call; for contracts concluded via the web, adhesion takes place directly on the site, by clicking on the appropriate navigation fields; for contracts concluded via the physical sales channels (Enel store, Enel Partner Shop, Agencies, Smart Agents), both inside and outside the business premises, adhesion takes place by signing the appropriate Form of Acceptance
Duration and renewal of the supply contract
The gas supply contracts of the Enel Energia PLACET Fissa Gas Business offer is open-ended and the economic conditions last 12 months from the supply activation date. The customer's right to withdraw at any time in compliance with current legislation remains valid. Before the expiry of the economic conditions, with a notice of at least three months and specific communication, Enel Energia shall inform the customer of the new economic conditions to be applied for the following 12 months, without prejudice to right of the latter to withdraw. The price proposed for the renewal of the same offer type (whether fixed or variable) shall be identical to the price provided for the PLACET offer marketed by the supplier at the time the renewal is announced

You can adhere to Enel Energia PLACET Fissa Gas Business offer according to the procedures outlined in the General Supply Conditions (“CGF") and in the Technical and Financial Conditions (“CTE") included in section DOCUMENTS.
The contract can be concluded via the website www.enel.it, by calling the toll-free number 800 900 860, or via the physical sales channels (Enel store, Enel Partner Shop, Agencies, Smart Agent).
The effectiveness of the Contract is subject to a verification by Enel Energia, based on the parameters indicated in the CGF, to be performed during the contracting phase and, in any case, within 60 days from the date of conclusion of the contract
The price structure of Enel Energia PLACET Fissa Gas Business offer, defined by ARERA, encompasses one fixed rate expressed in PDR/year and one energy rate expressed in Euro/Smc (therefore proportional to the volumes consumed). The energy rate is at fixed price, indexed to the performance of wholesale markets (to the TTF for natural gas).
Enel Energia PLACET Fissa Gas Business offer only concern the supply of gas and cannot include additional services
Enel Energia PLACET Fissa Gas Business offer provides for electronic invoicing. By activating the BollettaWeb service, the electronic invoice will be submitted directly to the email address provided. Upon express request, however, you may also receive a print invoice via ordinary mail without additional costs.
The invoice will be sent with the frequency indicated in the CGF according to the type of supply.
If you accept electronic invoicing and provide for payment via an automatic debit ("SDD Procedure"), you will be entitled to a discount as provided for by the CGF
You can make your payments via direct debit to a bank account, postal account or credit card ("SDD Procedure") or from your Home Banking with the CBILL service. Alternatively, you may pay via ATM card, credit card or cash at Lotto kiosks, tobacconists and bars connected to the Lottomatica Servizi and SISAL network, at enabled Coop points of sale and at CiTyPostePayment and PayTipper network points or by presenting the current account slip attached to the bill to a bank or post office counter. Enel Energia shall not add invoice charges or fees in relation to the payment method chosen by the Customer
You may withdraw without charges at any time to change the Supplier.
The incoming Supplier will communicate the withdrawal in accordance with the procedures and timescales defined by the regulations in force and indicated in the CGF. Enel Energia shall continue to apply the same economic and contractual conditions in progress should there be a delay in the activation of the supply by the new Supplier
Suppliers must comply with precise levels of quality towards their customers; otherwise, they shall pay the compensation amounts set out in Annex A to ARERA Resolution no. 413/2016 / R / com (hereinafter "TIQV").
Furthermore, all sales companies shall observe specific rules of conduct in compliance with the provisions of the Business Code of Conduct (Resolution 104/2010 and subsequent amendments). To resolve any disputes with the Supplier regarding the Supply Contract, the Customer may avail of the following out-of-court dispute resolution procedures:
- the conciliation procedure provided by the Energy Customer Conciliation Service, managed by the Single Buyer on behalf of the Authority. The methods of access to the Service, the terms and the operation of the procedure can be consulted on the website https://www.arera.it/it/consumatori/conciliazione.htm. This procedure is free of charge;
- the Joint Negotiation procedure established between the Supplier and the Consumer Associations of the National Council of Consumers and adhering Users. The methods of access to the joint negotiation procedure and its terms and methods of operation are available on the website https://www.pariteticaenel-associazioni.it. This procedure is free of charge;
- the Civil Mediation procedure at the Mediation Bodies registered in the list of ADR Bodies of the Authority, and in the Chambers of Commerce adhering to the Convention signed by the Authority with Unioncamere.
The list of Mediation Bodies registered in the ADR list of the Authority and the Chambers of Commerce adhering the Convention, where it is possible to conduct the attempt at conciliation, can also be consulted on the website http://www.autorita.energia.it/it/consumatori/conciliazione.htm.
Both procedures can only be activated following a complaint to the Supplier and failure of the latter to respond or should the Customer consider the received response to be unsatisfactory.
