You can join Sicura Gas if you come from another supplier.

Subscribing is very simple, just make sure you have the following on hand:

• your tax code;
• the POD code (for the electricity supply) or the PDR code (for the natural gas supply). Alternatively, you can enter the 9-digit customer code that you find on the display of the meter or on the bills of the previous holder of the supply;
• you meter reading;
• your IBAN, if you would like to charge the bill to your bank account.

You will receive the contract kit via your preferred channel (by mail or by post).

In case of a first activation or a takeover to complete the activation, you must send us:

• the attached forms, correctly completed;
• a copy of a valid identity document.

You can choose how to receive your bill: via email for free or paper bill.

With Bolletta Web you’ll receive your bills via email, so you can make your contribution to the environment by reducing paper waste.

The bills are issued in reference to a two-month period of consumption, except for the first bill which will reference only one month of consumption. Bills for power used above 15kW are issued on a monthly basis.

The bill arrives about 15 days before the due date so that you can verify it. You can only pay by direct debit from your current account. The debit date is the same as the due date for the bill.

The indicated price refers to the gas raw material component and represents approximately 78% of the total expenditure on gas (VAT and taxes excluded) of a typical domestic customer with annual consumption of 1400 Smc.

The customer is required to pay the marketing and sales fee (CCV gas) equal to [qvd_enel] €/PDR/year, excluding VAT and taxes, to be paid on a monthly basis. The remaining expenditure components (gradual charges, expenditure for transport charges, system charges) are applied as defined, published and periodically updated by ARERA and as indicated in the Technical-Economic Conditions of the offer (CTE) and in the General Conditions of Supply (CGF).

The security deposit, which will be refunded to you in the last balance bill, is calculated based on the number of cubic meters.

Should you withdraw from the contract, the refund of the deposit is added to the statutory interest rate.

You can withdraw from the contract with Enel Energia at any time and without any charge by choosing a new one through your Supplier who will exercise the withdrawal on your behalf and in your name, according to the procedures provided for by current legislation, at the time of signing the new contract. Furthermore, you can cancel the request for activation of the supply by registered mail, free of charge, within fourteen days of the conclusion of the contract. Various services are available for receiving and sending SMS messages, through which we will inform you:

• when your bill is issued;
• when the due date is near;
• if your last bill has been successfully paid;
• when to send us your meter reading.

The SMS messages you receive are free.

You can also submit your meter reading and request:

• updates on the processing of your contract;
• information on your nearest Spazio Enel;
• changes to your personal data (email address, phone number, address.
   

The cost of the SMS messages sent varies according to your tariff plan.

The Social Bonus for gas is a partial reimbursement of the costs incurred for payment of the gas, established by Law 2/2009.

You qualify for the social bonus if you activate a supply for the house where you live and your household has an Equivalent Financial Situation Index of € 8.265 or less.

The bonus amount depends on the type of use (for example, cooking only or cooking and hot water), the number of inhabitants of the house and the area of ​​residence, and is requested from your local council (or other institutions, such as the CAAF).

Your bill comes online every two months and you can pay it by direct debit or payment notice.
