The Formidabile Luce e Gas offer is reserved for those who have an active supply and come from another electricity supplier.

There are three levels of Formidable Bonus: Mono, Dual and Trio.

For power and gas the three bonus levels amount respectively to € 102, € 138 and € 174 per year. For Fiber they are € 24, € 48 and € 60 per year.

You can access the first level bonus (€ 102/year) by joining one of the offers from the Formidable Range and climb the subsequent levels by combining the different Power, Gas and Fiber offers from the Formidable Range.

For example, if you join Formidabile Luce and Formidabile Gas, you will get the second level bonus (Dual) on both supplies and therefore € 138 + € 138 for a total of € 276/year.

You will get the maximum bonus by combining Power + Gas + Fiber: in this way you will have € 174 (Trio Power bonus) + € 174 (Trio Gas bonus) + € 60 (Trio Fiber bonus) for a total of € 408 per year.

The annual bonus will be paid to you monthly on your bill, for the first 24 months of supply.

In case of withdrawal or cessation of one or more supplies (Gas, Power, Fiber) the bonus will be downgraded to the previous level. For example, if you have three Formidable offers (Power, Gas and Fiber) and you decide to terminate the Formidable Gas contract, the Gas bonus will cease and the Formidable Power and Fiber bonus will go from level 3 to level 2.

All values ​​of the Formidabile Power, Gas and Fiber Bonuses include VAT and taxes.

Of course! If you are already an Enel Energia customer, you can obtain advantages by adding one of the offers from the Formidable Range to your already active supplies.

For example, if you are already a Luce customer and join Formidabile Gas, we will already recognize the second level Formidabile Bonus (Dual) on the new Gas Supply, equal to € 138/year.

And if you also join Formidabile Fibra, the bonus becomes Trio: we will give you a bonus of €174 on Gas Supply and a bonus of € 60 on Fibra, for a total of € 234/year.

The annual bonus will be paid to you monthly on your bill, for the first 24 months of supply.

However, if you are the holder of a PLACET, Tutela Gas or Last Resort Services offer, by subscribing to one of the offers from the Formidable Range we will recognize the first level bonus. For example, if you have a Placet Luce offer and join Formidabile Gas you will get the first level bonus of € 102/year on the Formidabile Gas offer. The annual bonus will be paid to you monthly on your bill, for the first 24 months of supply.

All values ​​of the Formidabile Power, Gas and Fiber Bonuses include VAT and taxes.

If you come from another supplier, the step to join Formidabile Luce and Gas is very simple. Just know that:

• there are no costs for activating the offer;
• no interventions on the systems or on the meter are necessary;
• the change will take place no later than the first day of the third month following the one in which the contract is concluded.

To request Formidabile Luce and Gas you only need:

• a bill;
• your tax code.

You will receive your first bill 1 month after the date of activation of the contract. Subsequent bills will be delivered to you every 2 months.

Direct Debit
A quick way to keep your payments under control is direct debit. The debit date corresponds to the day on which the bill expires. Your bill arrives about 15 days before the due date, so you have plenty of time to check it.

• without online commissions on pay.enelx.com and from the Enel X Pay App or locally with a commission of € 1.30 at the physical channels referable to Enel Energia (enabled Spazio Enel) and at the physical points of the Enel X Pay network
• online with the IO app or via the website / app of your bank or other pagoPA-enabled channels
  
• on the territory in the bank, at the ATM, in the receivers, in all post offices, at the supermarket and in all authorized physical points.
  

We confirm that by using one of these channels you will not have to send any receipts! We will automatically register your payment.

Web and App

From the Enel Energia portal, by registering in the Customer Area, using your credit card or your Enel X Pay account, BancomatPay, PayPal, MyBank, pagoPA or from the Enel Energia APP using your credit card, the your PayPal account, pagoPA.

The price indicated above and referring to the energy component represents approximately 66% of the total expenditure for power (VAT and taxes excluded) of a typical resident domestic customer with:

• 3 kW of committed power
  
• annual consumption equal to 2700 kWh

In addition, the customer is required to pay the marketing and sales fee (CCV power) equal to [pcv_enel] €/POD/year, excluding VAT and taxes, to be paid on a monthly basis .

The remaining cost components, dispatching price (PD), dispatching component (DISP BT), costs for the transport service and meter management, system charges are applied according to what is defined, published and periodically updated by ARERA and as indicated in the Technical-Economic Conditions of the offer (CTE) and in the General Conditions of Supply (CGF).

The price indicated refers to the gas raw material component and represents approximately 71% of the total expenditure for gas (excluding VAT and taxes) of a typical domestic customer with annual consumption of 1400 Scm.

The customer is required to pay the marketing and sales fee (CCV gas) equal to [qvd_enel] €/PDR/year, excluding VAT and taxes, to be paid on a monthly basis. The remaining expense components (gradual charges, expense for transport charges, system charges) are applied as defined, published and periodically updated by ARERA and as indicated in the Technical-Economic Conditions of the offer (CTE) and in the General Conditions of Supply (CGF).

Various services are available for receiving and sending SMS messages, through which we will inform you:

• when your bill is issued;
• when the due date is near;
• if your last bill has been successfully paid;
• when to send us your meter reading.

The SMS messages you receive are free.

You can also submit your meter reading and request:

• updates on the processing of your contract;
• information on your nearest Spazio Enel;
• for your bills to be sent via email;
• changes to your personal data (email address, phone number, address).

The cost of the SMS messages sent varies according to your tariff plan.

You can terminate your Enel Energia contract at any time for free by registered post or certified e-mail.

You can also cancel your request for activation by the supplier by registered mail, at no cost, within 14 days from the conclusion of the contract.

You can exercise the right to reconsider, free of charge, within fourteen days of the conclusion of the Contract. This fourteen-day period is extended to thirty days for contracts concluded in the context of unsolicited visits by the Supplier to the Customer's home or excursions organized by the Supplier with the purpose or effect of promoting or selling products to Customers. The Customer can exercise the right to change his mind using only one of the following contact channels:

• via the enel.it website;

• by post to Enel Energia S.p.A. P.O. Box 8080 - 85100 Potenza
  
  

In all cases it is possible to use the appropriate form attached to the contract. Finally, exclusively for the supply of power and/or gas, the right to rethink can also be exercised through a simple telephone call registered to the Enel Energia toll-free number 800900860 (in the event of a product change, the Customer can exercise the right to reconsider only in writing).

The security deposit, which will be refunded to you in the last balance bill, is calculated based on the number of cubic metres.

If you were to withdraw from the contract, the refund of the deposit will be added to the legal interest rate.

If you activate a gas supply for the house where you live and your household has an ISEE of less than or equal to 8,265 €, you are entitled to Gas Social Bonus, as well as established by law (L 2/2009).

With the Gas Social Bonus you will be reimbursed for part of the cost incurred for gas. The refund amount depends on:

• the type of use (cooking or hot water);
• the number of inhabitants of the house;
• the area of ​​residence.
