You can join Energia Pura 360 if you need to activate a new counter (first activation), reactivate a deactivated counter (takeover) or make a change.

If you come from another supplier, the step to join Energia Pura 360 is very simple. Just know that:

• there are no costs for activating the offer;
• no interventions on the systems or on the meter are necessary;
• the change will take place no later than the first day of the third month following the one in which the contract is concluded.

To request Energia Pura 360 you only need:

• a bill;
• your tax code.

The service will be activated within the first day of the second month following the activation of the supply and will be free for the entire duration of the contract. In the event of withdrawal, termination of supply or product change (renewal of contracts), the provision of the free 360 ​​Power Protection service provided by Enel X will cease automatically.

You decide how to receive the bill. You have two options: online or paper bill.

With Bolletta Web you receive bills in digital format directly in your inbox. Make your contribution to the environment by reducing the use of paper.

You will receive your first bill 1 month after the contract activation date. Subsequent bills will be delivered to you every 2 months.

You choose how to pay your bill and change the payment method whenever you want.
You can pay via:

Direct Debit
A quick way to keep your payments under control is direct debit. The debit date corresponds to the day on which the bill expires. Your bill arrives about 15 days before the due date, so you have plenty of time to check it.

PagoPA payment notice (go to the list of payment channels)

• over the territory with a commission of €1.30 at the physical channels referable to Enel Energia (enabled Spazio Enel) and at the physical points of the Enel X Pay network
• online with the IO app or via the website / app of your bank or other pagoPA-enabled channels
  
• on the territory in the bank, at the ATM, in the receivers, in all post offices, at the supermarket and in all authorized physical points.
  

We confirm that by using one of these channels you will not have to send any receipts! We will automatically register your payment.

Web and App

From the Enel Energia portal, by registering in the Customer Area, using your credit card, BancomatPay, PayPal, MyBank, pagoPA or from the Enel Energia APP using your credit card, the your PayPal account, pagoPA.

The price indicated above and referring to the energy component represents approximately 69% of the total expenditure for power (VAT and taxes excluded) of a typical resident domestic customer with:

• 3 kW of committed power
  
• annual consumption equal to 2700 kWh

In addition, the customer is required to pay the marketing and sales fee (CCV power) equal to [pcv_enel] €/POD/year, excluding VAT and taxes, to be paid on a monthly basis .

The remaining cost components, dispatching price (PD), dispatching component (DISP BT), costs for the transport service and meter management, system charges are applied according to what is defined, published and periodically updated by ARERA and as indicated in the Technical-Economic Conditions of the offer (CTE) and in the General Conditions of Supply (CGF).

Various services are available for receiving and sending SMS messages, through which we will inform you:

• when your bill is issued;
• when the due date is near;
• if your last bill has been successfully paid;
• when to send us your meter reading.

The SMS messages you receive are free.

You can also submit your meter reading and request:

• updates on the processing of your contract;
• information on your nearest Spazio Enel;
• for your bills to be sent via email;
• changes to your personal data (email address, phone number, address).

The cost of the SMS messages sent varies according to your tariff plan.

The security deposit, which will be refunded to you in the last balance bill, is calculated on the basis of the power of your meter. In particular, a unit amount of € 5,16/kW will be applied.

If you were to withdraw from the contract, the refund of the deposit is added to the statutory interest rate.

You can terminate your Enel Energia contract at any time for free by registered post or certified e-mail.

You can also cancel your request for activation by the supplier by registered mail, at no cost, within 14 days from the conclusion of the contract.

You can exercise the right to reconsider, free of charge, within fourteen days of the conclusion of the Contract. This fourteen-day period is extended to thirty days for contracts concluded in the context of unsolicited visits by the Supplier to the Customer's home or excursions organized by the Supplier with the purpose or effect of promoting or selling products to Customers. The Customer can exercise the right to change his mind using only one of the following contact channels:

• via the enel.it website;
• by email to the email address  allegati.enelenergia@enel.com;
• by post to Enel Energia S.p.A. P.O. Box 8080 - 85100 Potenza
   

In all cases it is possible to use the appropriate form attached to the contract. Finally, exclusively for the supply of power and/or gas, the right to rethink can also be exercised through a simple telephone call registered to the Enel Energia toll-free number 800900860 (in the event of a product change, the Customer can exercise the right to reconsider only in writing).
