You can join Energia Pura Impresa if you want to switch to Enel Energia from another electricity supplier, activate a new meter or take over.

Activating Energia Pura Impresa is very simple:

• no intervention is planned either on the systems or on the meter;
• Activation is free.  
  
  

They can join Energia Pura Impresa:
 

• all users with VAT number (professionals, businesses, retailers and traders) who use low voltage (LV) electricity supplies.
  
  

To request Energia Pura Impresa keep at hand:

• VAT numberor tax code;
  
• the POD code of your meter;
  
• the IBAN code, in case of debiting the account.

With Bolletta Web you receive your bills in digital format directly in your inbox. Thus, you contribute to the environment by reducing the use of paper.

You will receive your first bill 1 month after the date of activation of the contract. Subsequent bills will be delivered to you every 2 months. 

You choose how to pay your bill and change the payment method whenever you want.
You can pay via:

Direct Debit
A quick way to keep your payments under control is direct debit. The debit date corresponds to the day on which the bill expires. Your bill arrives about 15 days before the due date, so you have plenty of time to check it.

PagoPA payment notice (go to the list of payment channels)

• without online commissions on pay.enelx.com and from the Enel X Pay App or locally with a commission of € 1.30 at the physical channels referable to Enel Energia (enabled Spazio Enel) and at the physical points of the Enel X Pay network
• online with the IO app or via the website / app of your bank or other pagoPA-enabled channels
  
• on the territory in the bank, at the ATM, in the receivers, in all post offices, at the supermarket and in all authorized physical points.
  

We confirm that by using one of these channels you will not have to send any receipts! We will automatically register your payment.

Web and App

From the Enel Energia portal, by registering in the Customer Area, using your credit card or your Enel X Pay account, BancomatPay, PayPal, MyBank, pagoPA or from the Enel Energia APP using your credit card, the your PayPal account, pagoPA.

The offer includes a price made up of a marketing and sales fee (electricity CCV), applied to each withdrawal point, expressed in €/year and paid on a monthly basis, and an energy component, applied to consumption, and expressed in €/kWh. The price indicated refers to the energy component and represents approximately 64% of the total expenditure for electricity (excluding VAT and taxes) of a non-domestic customer with:

• up to 25 kW of power engaged
• annual consumption less than 1,000,000 kWh

The customer is required to pay the marketing and sales fee (CCV electricity) equal to [pcv_enel] €/POD/year, excluding VAT and taxes, to be paid on a monthly basis. The remaining expense components (dispatching price (including imbalance, the corresponding capacity market fee and network losses), dispatching component (BT DISP), costs for the transport and meter management service, system charges) are applied according to as defined, published and periodically updated by ARERA and as indicated in the Technical-Economic Conditions of the offer (CTE) and in the General Supply Conditions (CGF).

Various services are available for receiving and sending SMS messages, through which we will inform you:

• when your bill is issued;
• when the due date is near;
• if your last bill has been successfully paid;
• when to send us your meter reading.

The SMS messages you receive are free.

You can also submit your meter reading and request:

• updates on the processing of your contract;
• information on your nearest Spazio Enel;
• for your bills to be sent via email;
• changes to your personal data (email address, phone number, address).

The cost of the SMS messages sent varies according to your tariff plan.

The security deposit, which will be refunded to you in your last bill, is calculated based on the power of your meter. In particular, a unit amount equal to:

• 7.75 €/kW for committed power less than or equal to 15kW
• 10.33 €/kW for committed power exceeding 15kW.

You can terminate your Enel Energia contract at any time for free by registered post or certified e-mail.

You can also cancel your request for activation by the supplier by registered mail, at no cost, within 14 days from the conclusion of the contract.

You can exercise the right to reconsider, free of charge, within fourteen days of the conclusion of the Contract. This fourteen-day period is extended to thirty days for contracts concluded in the context of unsolicited visits by the Supplier to the Customer's home or excursions organized by the Supplier with the purpose or effect of promoting or selling products to Customers. The Customer can exercise the right to change his mind using only one of the following contact channels:

• via the enel.it website;
• by email to the email address  allegati.enelenergia@enel.com;
• by post to Enel Energia S.p.A. P.O. Box 8080 - 85100 Potenza
   

In all cases it is possible to use the appropriate form attached to the contract. Finally, exclusively for the supply of power and/or gas, the right to rethink can also be exercised through a simple telephone call registered to the Enel Energia toll-free number 800900860 (in the event of a product change, the Customer can exercise the right to reconsider only in writing).
