Activating Energia Pura Impresa is very simple:

You choose how to pay your bill and change the payment method whenever you want.
You can pay via:

Direct Debit
Direct debit is the fastest way to always have your payments under control.
You receive the bill 15 days before the due date to check that the amount is correct and the payment takes place on the due day automatically.
The real advantage is that you don't pay a security deposit. Furthermore, the previous supplier will refund your old security deposit if you had paid it.
You avoid queues at the counters and you don't have to remember deadlines.

• online with the IO app or via the website / app of your bank or other pagoPA-enabled channels;
• over the territory at the physical channels referable to Enel Energia (enabled Spazio Enel);
• on the territory in the bank, at the ATM, in the receivers, in all post offices, at the supermarket and in all authorized physical points.
  

We confirm that by using one of these channels you will not have to send any receipts! We will automatically register your payment.

Web and App

From the Enel Energia portal, by registering in the Customer Area, using pagoPA, your credit card, BancomatPay, PayPal, MyBank, or from the Enel Energia APP using pagoPA, your credit card, the your PayPal account.

The offer includes a price made up of a marketing and sales fee (electricity CCV), applied to each withdrawal point, expressed in €/year and paid on a monthly basis, and an energy component, applied to consumption, and expressed in €/kWh. The price indicated refers to the energy component and represents approximately 51% of the total expenditure for electricity (excluding VAT and taxes) of a non-domestic customer with:

• up to 25 kW of power engaged
• annual consumption less than 1,000,000 kWh

The customer is required to pay the marketing and sales fee (CCV electricity) equal to [pcv_enel] €/POD/year, excluding VAT and taxes, to be paid on a monthly basis.

The remaining expense components (dispatching fee, fee to cover the net cost of supplying capacity, an imbalance component equal to 1% of the Single National Price (PUN), costs for the transport and meter management service, costs of system) are applied as defined, published and periodically updated by ARERA and as indicated in the Technical-Economic Conditions of the offer (CTE) and in the General Supply Conditions (CGF). Upon expiry of the validity period of the aforementioned fees, Enel Energia will be able to communicate the new values ​​of the same. This communication will be sent according to the methods and timing established by the art. 3.2. of CGFs.

The security deposit, which will be refunded to you in your last bill, is calculated based on the power of your meter. In particular, a unit amount equal to:

• 7.75 €/kW for committed power less than or equal to 15kW
• 10.33 €/kW for committed power exceeding 15kW.

You can terminate your Enel Energia contract at any time for free by registered post or certified e-mail.

You can also cancel your request for activation by the supplier by registered mail, at no cost, within 14 days from the conclusion of the contract.

You can exercise the right to reconsider, free of charge, within fourteen days of the conclusion of the Contract. This fourteen-day period is extended to thirty days for contracts concluded in the context of unsolicited visits by the Supplier to the Customer's home or excursions organized by the Supplier with the purpose or effect of promoting or selling products to Customers. The Customer can exercise the right to change his mind using only one of the following contact channels:

• via the enel.it website;
• by email to the email address  allegati.enelenergia@enel.com;
• by post to Enel Energia S.p.A. P.O. Box 8080 - 85100 Potenza
   

In all cases it is possible to use the appropriate form attached to the contract. Finally, exclusively for the supply of power and/or gas, the right to rethink can also be exercised through a simple telephone call registered to the Enel Energia toll-free number 800900860 (in the event of a product change, the Customer can exercise the right to reconsider only in writing).
