This offer is intended for customers who own a site for household use, a low voltage Electricity supply and a contract demand not exceeding 15 kW. They should have a second-generation electronic meter with remote reading (2G meter), i.e. capable of reading and making available measurement data based on details per each fifteen minutes. The offer is reserved to whom switches from another provider or those whom that wants to activate a deactivated meter (takeover).

Subscribing is very simple, just make sure you have the following on hand:

• your tax code;
• the POD code (for the electricity supply) or the PDR code (for the natural gas supply). Alternatively, you can enter the 9-digit customer code that you find on the display of the meter or on the bills of the previous holder of the supply;
• you meter reading;
• your IBAN, if you would like to charge the bill to your bank account.

You will receive the contract kit via your preferred channel (by mail or by post).

In case of a first activation or a takeover to complete the activation, you must send us:

• the attached forms, correctly completed;
• a copy of a valid identity document.

You can take advantage of the free time slot change, at the latest within 10 days from the activation of the supply. The availability of the exchange functionality will be notified via e-mail/SMS communication. It is possible to change the selected time slot (or the pre-set slot) free of charge at any time of the day and up to 15 minutes before the starting time of the aforementioned slot, through the Enel Energia APP and the Private Area of ​​the enel.it website.

The price indicated refers to the energy component and represents approximately 68% of the total expenditure for electricity (excluding VAT and taxes) of a typical domestic customer resident with:

• 3 kW of committed power

The customer is required to pay the marketing and sales fee (CCV Power) equal to [pcv_enel] €/POD/year, excluding VAT and taxes, to be paid on a monthly basis. The remaining expense components (dispatching price (including imbalance, capacity market price and network losses), dispatching component (DISP BT), costs for the transport service and management of the meter, system charges) are applied according to what is defined, published and periodically updated by ARERA and as indicated in the Technical Economic Conditions of the offer (CTE) and in the General Supply Conditions (CGF).

The fee calculation is performed based on what is indicated in Art. 6 of the General Supply Conditions.  In particular, the data made available by the provider allow the calculation of periodic consumption through time slot data (totalisers), as well as of the amount the Free Hours discount using the daily consumption curves. In the event, actual data are lacking, what indicated previously will be calculated based on estimated consumption. This will then be recalculated once actual consumption data become available.

It is the daily time slot (3 consecutive hours) during which the energy component price, applied also to grid losses, is 100% discounted and, therefore, corresponds to 0 €/kWh, excluding VAT and taxes. Choose your favourite time slot while subscribing: you can change it whenever you like once the supply has been activated!

There’s no fixed number of times for changing the time slot: you can change it at any time, up to 15 minutes before the time slot is about to start (e.g.: if today, the set time slot is from 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m., then you can change the time slot at the latest by 1.45 p.m.).

Besides managing and changing the free hours’ time slot, you can also easily monitor your energy consumption looking at the graph with your daily trend and time detail. You can also keep your daily expenses for the energy component under control. Exclusively for whom subscribes to the new offer.

If you have another provider, switching to the ORE FREE offer is very simple. All you need to know is that:

• activation is free;
• there's no need to work on the systems or meter;
• the change will become effective after 2 - 3 months, the time required for the checks set forth by legislation.

A quick way to keep your payments under control is direct debit. The debit date corresponds to the day on which the bill expires. Your bill arrives about 15 days before the due date, so you have plenty of time to check it.

• without online commissions on pay.enelx.com and from the Enel X Pay App or locally with a commission of € 1.30 at the physical channels referable to Enel Energia (enabled Spazio Enel) and at the physical points of the Enel X Pay network

• on the territory in the bank, at the ATM, in the receivers, in all post offices, at the supermarket and in all authorized physical points.

The security deposit, which will be refunded to you in the last balance bill, is calculated on the basis of the power of your meter. In particular, a unit amount of € 5,16/kW will be applied.

If you were to withdraw from the contract, the refund of the deposit is added to the statutory interest rate.

You can withdraw from the contract with Enel Energia, at any time and without charge, by choosing a new Supplier who will exercise the withdrawal on your behalf and in your name, on the conclusion of the new contract. You can find more information in the General Supply Conditions.
