Enel X Check-up Caldaia Premium – Boiler maintenance and repair
Enel X's boiler maintenance services have been designed to give you the opportunity to take care of your boiler without worries. By paying a monthly fee, you have access to 1 routine boiler maintenance every 12 months. Moreover, if you are an Enel Energia customer, you can conveniently pay through your utility bill.
Included in the service Check-up Caldaia Premium
• Check for water and gas leaks
• Inspection of the chimney draft or wall exhaust
• Cleaning of the burner, safety devices, and primary heat exchanger
• Any other checks as indicated in the technical instructions for use and maintenance
• Verification of the condensate discharge, if present
• Filter cleaning
• Boiler efficiency check
• Flue gas analysis
• Replenishment of boiler salts (if necessary)
• Cleaning of the magnetic filter and accessory components (if necessary)
• Issuance or updating of the installation booklet and the maintenance statement
• Three free domestic repair interventions per year, each with a value of €1,000 (VAT included).
