Bill Payment, meter reading and more through Sms

Communicate with Enel Energia in the simplest way possible

To submit your meter reading, you will need your customer number.
You can find it at the top right hand corner of the first page of your bill.

Write down the figure shown on your meter
Do you have an electronic meter? Press the button until the A1 code appears. Press the button again and if consumptions are also shown for bands A2 and A3 (or even A4) submit these to us as well.

Text "Reading", followed by your customer number and your meter reading:

 

  • for GAS, only enter the digits on the black background before the comma
  • for ELECTRICITY, if you have a conventional meter, only enter the numbers in the transparent window before the comma
  • for ELECTRICITY, if you have an electronic meter, enter the A1 code, followed by the A2 and A3 codes if present (or even the A4 code).

You will receive a confirmation SMS from the number to which you sent the message.
