If you have signed a power and/or gas supply contract on the free market with Enel Energia, you are entitled to exclusive benefits: product discount, zero-interest financing, electricity bill bonus and free in-home delivery for TVs. PLACET offers for electricity and gas are excluded. The bill bonus is also not available for customers under the Gradual Protection Service for non-vulnerable residential customers.
You can still buy Samsung products at our Enel Stores and Enel Partner Stores even if you're not an Enel Energia customer.
Customers who have signed an electricity supply contract on the free market with Enel Energia will receive a total bonus of €60. This bonus will be credited to the electricity bills specified by the customer, after (i) the approval of the financing by the financial company for the purchased Product, and (ii) delivery of the Product to the address specified in the application form. Enel Energia will provide the bonus in two installments:
- the first, €20, on the first available bill one month after the delivery date of the Product;
- the second, €40, on the first available bill after 13 months from the delivery date.
Customers who have subscribed to Placet (electricity) offers or have an active supply under the Gradual Protection Service for non-vulnerable residential customers are not entitled to the bonus. If the electricity supply contract is terminated, the customer loses the right to any unpaid portion of the bonus.
This bonus is granted only for the purchase of one Product. For purchases beyond the first one, the customer will not be entitled to further bonuses. Additionally, this bonus cannot be combined with other bonuses provided by Enel Energia for the same electricity supply contract.
Samsung products can only be purchased with 24-month financing. Our consultants will assist you with the application process.
No, the product is not physically available at our locations. Once the purchase is completed, we will send your order to the logistics partner who holds the product in their warehouse and will arrange delivery to the address you provided. As soon as we forward the order, the logistics partner will contact you to schedule the delivery appointment.
Delivery to the floor for refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, and induction hobs is free of charge.
TV delivery to street level is always free, while TV delivery to the floor, upon customer request, has an additional cost of €75. Free TV delivery to the floor is reserved for customers who have signed a free market electricity and/or gas supply contract with Enel Energia, excluding PLACET offers.
The average (non-binding) delivery time is between 7 and 12 working days depending on the geographical area, starting from the date the order is received by the supplier's warehouse, which occurs after approval of the financing by the financial company for the purchased product, and in any case in compliance with the deadlines set out in Article 61 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 and subsequent amendments (Consumer Code).
