*The price refers to the energy component only (excluding VAT and taxes) and is fixed for the first 36 months. This price includes network losses, which are applied as defined and updated by ARERA.

**The price refers to the marketing and sales fee (CCV Luce), which for the first 36 months of supply will amount to €168/POD/year (excluding VAT and taxes), to be paid on a monthly basis.

Economic conditions valid until 28/01/2026 unless extended.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Energy component composed of: PUN Index GME (wholesale price of the energy component) + consumption-based contribution (a). If the value of the PUN Index GME exceeds the maximum threshold of €0.138/kWh, the billed price of the PUN Index GME will be equal to that threshold. VAT and taxes excluded.

*consumption-based contribution (a) includes network losses, excluding VAT and taxes, to be added to the wholesale price of the energy component (PUN Index GME). The PUN Index GME, excluding VAT and taxes, will be increased by network losses. Network losses are applied as defined and published by ARERA.

**The price refers to the electricity marketing and sales fee (CCV Luce) of €204/POD/year (excluding VAT and taxes), payable on a monthly basis. The fees related to the consumption-based contribution and the CCV, as well as the cap on the PUN Index GME, are valid for 24 months from the supply activation date.
