Customers with two active home supply contracts with Enel Energia for less than 10 years.
Have you chosen Enel for at least three contracts? Purchased an air conditioner, a boiler, or a photovoltaic system? Been our customer for over 10 years?
Then you’re in the Exclusive level of the program: every week you’ll receive a dedicated coupon, every two weeks a special coupon, and many more surprises. Because your loyalty deserves truly exclusive benefits.
Customers who hold at least one domestic supply contract (for electricity, natural gas, or fiber) and have purchased Enel Energia products (such as air conditioners, boilers, or photovoltaic systems); or customers who hold three or more domestic supply contracts (for electricity, natural gas, or fiber); or customers who hold at least one domestic supply contract (for electricity, natural gas, or fiber) that has been active with Enel Energia for at least 10 years.

ENELtiPREMIA is Enel Energia’s completely free loyalty program dedicated to its customers. It’s an exclusive program full of benefits, prize contests, and a points collection system designed to reward your loyalty. Participating in the loyalty program is simple: you need to accept the terms and conditions of the initiative, which are available in the dedicated section of your Customer Area on the App or website. Additionally, you can also take part in the ENELtiPREMIA points collection by reviewing and accepting the rules, also found in the dedicated digital section.
Every week, you can enjoy a range of benefits such as discount coupons, try your luck in prize contests, and redeem fantastic rewards from the catalog using the points you accumulate through the ENELtiPREMIA collection.
The program is open to all Enel Energia customers holding an active electricity, gas, and/or fiber supply contract for their home. For any exclusions, please refer to the official rules.
If you have multiple active home supplies, by registering for ENELtiPREMIA, all your supplies will automatically participate in the program—and the more supplies you have, the higher your level climbs!
You can participate by accepting the terms and conditions of the loyalty program through our Customer Service at the toll-free number 800 900 860, by visiting the nearest Enel Space, or via the dedicated section in the Customer Area on enel.it or the Enel Energia App. Download it now! It’s available for free on the Apple Store and Play Store. Remember: registration must be completed by the holder of the gas and/or electricity supply contract and/or fiber connection.
You can register by accepting the prize operation rules through our Customer Service at the toll-free number 800 900 860, by visiting the nearest Spazio Enel, or via the dedicated section in the Customer Area on enel.it or through the dedicated section of the Enel Energia App. Download it now! The ENELtiPREMIA points collection is valid from 03/06/2025 to 02/11/2026, with the possibility to accumulate points until 31/07/2026 and redeem rewards until 02/11/2026.
It is a personal code assigned upon registration and visible on the App or in the reserved area of the website, which identifies the customer within the initiative.
The expiration date of ENELtiPREMIA is set for 2 November 2026.
Customers who join the ENELtiPREMIA loyalty program will be divided into different levels, defined based on the number of contracts subscribed, products purchased, and the time elapsed since the activation of the supplies up to the date of program enrollment. The levels are divided as follows:
- Level 1 "Essential" = customers holding a single active domestic supply (electricity, gas, or fiber) with Enel Energia for less than 10 years
- Level 2 "Excellent" = customers holding two active domestic supplies (electricity, gas, or fiber) with Enel Energia for less than 10 years
- Level 3 "Exclusive" = customers holding at least one active domestic supply (electricity, gas, or fiber) and who have purchased Enel Energia products (air conditioners, boilers, photovoltaics); or customers with 3 or more active supplies (electricity, gas, or fiber); or customers holding at least one active domestic supply (electricity, gas, or fiber) with a contractual seniority of 10 years
If one of the supply contracts held by the member is terminated, the customer will not lose the benefits earned up to that point but will be automatically placed in the previous level.
Every week, you can download a new coupon to use at one of Enel Energia’s commercial partners. Additionally, for the Excellent and Exclusive levels, a special coupon will be made available every two weeks.
To accumulate points, customers must register for the ENELtiPREMIA Points Collection. Points can be earned by completing missions such as:
- Staying with Enel (the longer you stay, the more points you earn)
- Digital activities (e.g., creating an account, using the web bill)
- Continuous behaviors (e.g., maintaining your supplies)
ENELtiPREMIA rewards can be viewed on the App or in the Customer Area on enel.it, under the “Rewards Catalog” section.
Points can be accumulated until 31 July 31 2026, and rewards can be redeemed until 2 November 2026.
You can redeem your chosen reward directly in the App’s ENELtiPREMIA section, on the website’s dedicated page, by calling our free Customer Service at 800 900 860, or by visiting the nearest Enel Space.
If the subscriber terminates one or more supply contracts they hold, the customer will not lose the benefits accrued up to that point, provided that during the duration of this initiative and no later than July 31, 2026, they enter into a new supply contract with Enel Energia that falls under one of the cases specified in paragraph 6 of the regulations and re-register for the program.
