IMPORTANT INFORMATION

*The maximum savings of 22% are calculated based on the energy component price of the Enel Fix Luce offer (€0.135/kWh), as the sum of (i) - 21% for subscribing to the offer through the web channel (€0.139/kWh) and (ii) - 3% for customers who are already gas customers (€0.127/kWh). The maximum savings of 36% are calculated based on the gas raw material component price (€0.600/Smc), as the sum of (i) - 30% for subscribing to the offer through the web channel (€0.420/Smc) and (ii) - 6% for customers who are already power customers (€0.382/Smc).

**For the Enel Fix Web Luce offer, the energy component price (€0.127/kWh) is calculated based on the energy component price of the Enel Fix Luce plan reserved for customers already in the free market and includes network losses. VAT and taxes excluded. The price is fixed for the first 24 months. For the Enel Fix Web Gas offer, the gas raw material component price (€0.382/Smc) is calculated based on the raw gas price of the Enel Fix Gas plan reserved for customers who are not already Enel Energia power customers. VAT and taxes excluded. The price is fixed for the first 24 months. For Enel Fix Gas customers who are already power customers, the raw gas component price is €0.420/Smc.

***The price refers to the marketing and sales fee (CCV Luce equal to €144/POD/year and CCV Gas equal to €144/PDR/year, prices excluding VAT and taxes) to be paid on a fixed monthly basis for the first 24 months of supply.

The €160 bill bonus is paid in four installments, directly to the 1st, 7th, 13th, and 19th bills. Economic conditions valid until 31/03/2026, unless extended. Other cost components as specified in the CTE.

Enel Fix Web Gas

*The price of €0.38/Smc refers to the gas raw material component only (VAT and taxes excluded). The discount on the gas raw material component price, compared to the list price for non-power customers (€0.60/Smc), is valid for the first 24 months of supply.

**The price refers to the marketing and sales fee (CCV Gas) which, for the first 24 months of supply, will be equal to €144/PDR/year (VAT and taxes excluded) to be paid on a monthly basis. In the event of withdrawal from the electricity supply in the first 24 months from activation, the list price of the gas raw material component will be applied for the remaining months.

The economic conditions of the offer are valid for subscriptions until 31/03/2026.

Enel Ore Free

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

*Price of the energy component per kWh applied every day during the 3 daily free hours selected by the customer. Enel Energia will apply the pre-set time band from 13:00 to 16:00, which the customer can change using the free time-band change feature.
The Ore Free time-band change feature will be available no later than 10 days, and generally within 48 hours, from the activation of the supply. The time band can be changed at any time of day, up to 15 minutes before the start of the selected period, through the Enel Energia App or the Private Area on www.enel.it.

**Price of the energy component per kWh applied every day for 21 out of 24 hours and fixed for 24 months. Includes network losses; VAT and taxes excluded.

***The price refers to the Electricity Sales and Marketing Fee (CCV Luce) which, for the first 24 months of supply, will amount to €144/POD/year (VAT and taxes excluded), billed monthly.

Enel Fibra Per Te Trio Web

*The offers do not include voice service, resulting in the loss of the landline number in the event of migration. If migration of the requested internet line is not technically possible, a new internet line will be activated and the customer will be required to independently terminate the contract with the previous operator. Offer, using Enel Energia's FTTH technology, reserved for Enel Energia customers for electricity and gas for residential use (excluding PLACET offers and the gradual protection service for non-vulnerable residential customers). For these customers, the base fee of €24.90/month will be discounted to €19.90/month (VAT included) for the first 24 months. Direct debit to your current account or payment card is mandatory for online subscriptions to all fiber offers. A deactivation fee of €19.90 applies for cancellations within the first 24 months. Cancellation of the power and/or gas supply contract results in the loss or rescheduling of the right to the discount(s) effective from the first day of the month following the month of cancellation and will result in changes to the discount validity terms and the initial contractual commitment of the associated offer.
