What exactly does the offer include and how can I sign up?
The Enel Drive offer includes:
- a long-term rental agreement starting from 36 months with Arval Service Lease Italia S.p.A. for a brand-new electric car, with 100,000 kilometers of mileage included in the rental fee, to guarantee you worry-free mobility;
- a domestic-use power offer from Enel. Based on the features of your meter, you'll be able to choose among three recommended power offers:
- Enel Drive Fix Power (available only with fully operational 2G meter)
- Virtual Solar (available only with fully operational 2G meter)
- Enel True Fixed Rate Power
- Enel Flex Box
- Only with the Enel Drive Fix Luce offer, a Waybox home charging station is included under free loan for use, subject to a successful inspection, with installation included within 10 meters, for the entire duration of the power contract with Enel Energia (any additional work will be at the consumer's expense). Alternatively, for those who are or become Enel Luce customers, the Waybox is available with zero-interest financing starting from €29.90/month for 24 months. Plus, you'll receive a total €180 bonus on your power bill.
What is included in long-term rental?
The services included in long-term rental are:
- Routine and non-routine maintenance;
- Third-party liability insurance and, upon request, driver accident insurance, limited liability for fire, theft and additional damage, and assistance with paperwork;
- 24-hour assistance and prompt roadside assistance, constant telephone assistance during accidents and replacement vehicle (available on request);
- Arval used car collection, with free valuation of your car within 48 hours and collection of your used car from your home.

Can I customise the advance payment, duration and vehicles included in the offer?
Yes, of course. After leaving your contact details, when Arval contacts you, you can configure the rental period (from a minimum of 24 months to a maximum of 60 months), down payment and vehicle to suit your needs, or choose from many other vehicles not published on the enel.it website.

What happens if I terminate the car rental contract early?
If you decide to cancel the contract, the following two cases apply:
- Pre-order before vehicle registration: a cancellation fee of 10% of the vehicle value + optional extras will be charged.
- Pre-orders after vehicle registration: a cancellation fee of 35% of the remaining instalments + the instalment for the month of return will be charged.

What do I need to install the Waybox? And what happens if the electricity meter in my garage is different from the meter in my home?
In order to install a Waybox, you must have private parking for your car (e.g. carport, garage, parking space). The company appointed by Enel Energia will then carry out an inspection to verify the technical feasibility of the installation.
The Waybox will be delivered and installed at the address indicated by the customer in the supply contract.
If the electricity meter in your garage is different from the meter in your home, you can sign up for the Enel Flex Box offer for non-domestic users, which includes:
- Energy price equal to the PUN (National Single Price) differentiated by time band;
- A fixed consumption charge (α), unchanged for 12 months from the date of activation of the supply, including network losses, equal to: 0.041 Euro/kWh, excluding VAT and taxes.
- A CCV equal to €60/year per withdrawal point (excluding VAT and taxes).

What is the Waybox home charging station used for and how does it work?
The Waybox is an essential device for charging electric cars, designed to provide a safe and efficient home charging point, ensuring faster charging times than a standard domestic socket. Once installed, you can manage charging via the Enel X Way app: after registering, you can connect directly to your Waybox in a few simple steps. The app allows you to manage, monitor and schedule home charging, as well as check your energy consumption.
To start charging, simply connect the Waybox cable to your vehicle, and to stop charging, simply disconnect it. The Waybox also offers advanced features, such as smart charging management, making the entire process simple and safe.
How much does it cost to increase the power rating of an electricity meter?
Thanks to Arera resolution 541/2020/R/EEL, from 1 July 2021 to 30 June 2027, it will be possible to recharge your electric vehicle with approximately 6 kW of power at night, on Sundays and on other public holidays, without having to request an increase in power from your electricity supplier, therefore without incurring additional fixed costs due to the increase in power. Customers interested in participating in the trial can submit their application online from 12 February 2025 to 30 June 2026. Leased or rented vehicles registered to others are also eligible. Applications can be submitted online via the GSE's “Customer Area” portal, which can also be accessed with SPID.

How can I tell if my meter is 2G compliant?
You can check whether your meter is eligible for the Enel Drive Fix Luce or Solare Virtuale offer by accessing the consumption portal and following these steps:
a) Log in with SPID or CIE
Once you have opened the portal website, log in using one of the available methods, i.e. with SPID or CIE.
b) Select your supply
The consumption portal lists all the utilities registered in your name. Select the electricity supply corresponding to the meter you wish to check.
c) Is your meter 2G?
Check that “2G meter status” is marked as FULLY CONFIGURABLE.
d) Is your meter fully operational?
Click on “View Consumption” and check that the daily data section contains the measurements.
