Bill Decree

With Decree-Law 19/25 (known as the "Bill Decree") and the implementing resolutions by ARERA, an EXTRAORDINARY CONTRIBUTION FOR HOUSEHOLDS with an ISEE up to €25,000 for 2025 has been introduced.

In particular, a €200 extraordinary contribution is granted to:

• households with an ISEE value up to €9,530 (or up to €20,000 with at least 4 dependent children). This contribution is in addition to the electricity social bonus that these households receive during 2025;
  
• households with an ISEE value over €9,530 and up to €25,000 with fewer than 4 dependent children, and households with an ISEE value over €20,000 and up to €25,000 with at least 4 dependent children.
  
  

To request the extraordinary contribution, you will need to:

• Check if you already have a 2025 ISEE certificate: make sure your ISEE is up to date. This is the first step to access the contribution, provided your income level meets the legal requirements.
  
• Submit the Single Substitute Declaration (DSU) if you haven’t already: you must file the DSU to obtain your ISEE certificate (Equivalent Economic Situation Indicator).
  
• Wait for the technical processing time to transmit the information to your energy provider: if you meet the requirements, you will automatically receive the discount on your bill.

Recipients of the social bonus will receive the contribution in four monthly installments starting from April. Other beneficiaries will receive the contribution in three monthly installments starting from June for DSUs submitted by the end of March, and from the second following month for DSUs submitted from April onward.
