Activate Enel Casa
Has your Samsung washing machine arrived at your home?
Follow these steps to activate Enel Casa and immediately enjoy your 330 washing cycles with the Energy component at €0 up to a total of 180 kWh over two years!
If you have not done so yet, create or log in to your Enel Energia account:
- Access the customer area or open the Enel Energia App;
- Enter the required information to log in or to register, if you have not done so yet.
ATTENTION: The tax code used to create the account must match the one provided when subscribing to the Enel Casa service.
2. Connect your washing machine to the internet and to the SmartThings App (refer to the Samsung manual if necessary):
- Download the SmartThings App from the App Store or Google Play;
- Open the app and click on the “+” symbol;
- Select “Add device”, choose the type of appliance or brand and follow the instructions;
- Complete the pairing between the device and the app.
3. Activate Enel Casa:
- Open the SmartThings App, go to the “Energy” dashboard, enter the “Activity” section and click on “Enel Casa”;
- Click on “Activate Enel Casa”;
- When the Enel Energia App opens automatically, enter:
- your Enel Energia User ID;
- your Enel Energia password;
- This step will allow Samsung to share your washing machine consumption data with Enel Energia, linking your Enel account to SmartThings Energy.
- If the linking phase is successful, in the SmartThings App your Samsung device and your Enel account will be connected.
All set: start your first washing cycle and enjoy the Energy package dedicated to your new washing machine!
