The Customer Area for your Enel Energia home supplies has been renewed and becomes an online space built around your needs.
Simple and intuitive, your new reserved area is a showcase that provides you with a complete and concise overview of your supplies and gathers all the useful information to easily manage the contracts you have signed for your home, as well as those you wish to activate. Wherever you are, you will have all the information you need right at your fingertips.
To discover it, just access the Enel.it website and click on the little man icon at the top right: enter your data to register or log in, and in just a few seconds you will be able to view all the details of your supplies.
What can I do from the Customer Area?
The new Enel Energia Customer Area allows you to view, at a glance, all the information associated with your account.
The home page of your reserved area becomes your personal guide, able to direct you through every activity needed to best manage your supplies.
In a simple and immediate way, each service can be activated for multiple supplies simultaneously: with just a few clicks, you can verify the activation status of your signed contract, choose your preferred bill delivery method, and manage the activation steps of your new offer in case of re-contracting.
Furthermore, it allows you to keep your contract in digital format and download your bill in PDF format whenever you need it, and to manage bills and payments practically and efficiently. You will have a unified view of all the bills issued for multiple supplies and can pay them all together in a single transaction. You can directly upload your payment receipt online and, if you wish to change your billing address, you can easily update it from your reserved area.
