Vincenzo Cannizzaro is now an entrepreneur in the restaurant industry, with his business Ristorante Pizzeria Diana.
His story began about twenty years ago, when he started working as a pizzaiolo — the first step in a long journey. He then moved on to try his hand as a chef, until he eventually decided to open his own restaurant. In the beginning, the venue had 50 seats. Today, Pizzeria Diana has a new location that can accommodate up to 100 guests.
